This is the best dental experience, by far, I have ever had. Dr. Hong is the kind of dentist that you want to go to if you are a little skitish of dentists (like so many people are). I will always be grateful to Dr. Hong and his staff for making my experience with this office such a joy - so much so that I always looked forward to my visits . I am leaving the area and I would, if I could, take Dr. Hong and the staff with me. Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone! I will miss him (AND the staff, of course)!

I had a wonderful experience at NE Heights Modern Dentistry. The staff here are so welcoming and accommodating. The services provided are the best I’ve ever received. On the day of my treatment the staff accommodated all of my treatment very late in the day. As a healthcare worker myself with a busy schedule this meant a lot to me and is was very appreciated. I love this office! I suggest anyone who needs caring, personal treatment should come here.

I have been coming to this clinic for about a year and I have always had such a great experience! The staff is always so friendly and kind and put me at ease when I was a new patient and nervous about going to the dentist. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist have all been wonderful. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

My entire experience has been amazing! Dr. Hong-Elder is so polite and caring - getting crowns at this dental office was actually enjoyable and so much more affordable than my previous dentist. Armando Aranda's excellent hygienist skill has helped me improve my gum health so much that I can see and feel the positive difference. I won't ever go anywhere else!

I can't say enough about the great treatment we've received. I was one of those "same dentist for 30 years & then he retired" guys and anxious about a new dentist.
Several implants and a fair amount of "regular work" (for both my wife and I) later I had become a fan.
But, when my teenage son had a horrific experience involving multiple broken teeth they went "above and beyond". One of those experiences I'll never forget.
High tech, high touch, highly recommend for your dental needs.

The staff is very friendly with the patients and with each other. They were all knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly before doing anything. I felt very comfortable and confident with their work. And they have plenty of payment options.

Normally I am very pleased with their service; however, things have gone downhill as of late. During my Jan 2022 exam I was advised I needed a crown. We scheduled it to be completed during my July 2022 exam/cleaning. When I arrived in July, they had no record of the crown appointment, just the exam/cleaning. We rescheduled a follow-up appointment for the crown. When I arrived for the crown appointment, they quoted me about $100 more out-of-pocket than I was originally quoted when we made the appointment. I objected to no avail, so I walked out...

I am incredibly disappointed with the office staff here. For about a month I have been trying to resolve an accounting issue with them and I have continuously been ignored. "We will get back to you" is all I have heard from the friendly but inept people who answer the phones. I was sent to collections for services they had still been debiting money from my account! How can you send an account to collections when you are still getting payments? Now I get to spend hours, and at minimum 3 months fixing my credit and writing the credit bureaus to take off a debt for services that, at this point, I had not even received yet. All I needed was an itemized bill but for some reason they were unable/unwilling to provide that. I had been coming here for several years but now I am going to find another dentist and I would suggest you do as well.

My experience with Armando was excellent. Extremely thorough with knowledgeable and letting me know what he was doing along the way with my general cleaning. Overall my experience with this office and Armando was excellent.
