I have had to have lots of work done and it has always been a decent experience with both doctors. The staff is always happy and helpful. Naomi is and amazing assistant and is really thoughtful! The hygienist is also amazing and answered all my questions thoroughly.

I typically do not like going to the dentist. One reason being is they take a very long time to get me back to the room even when I have a scheduled appointment. But this office did not have me waiting at all. Everyone greeted me, informed me, and made me feel very comfortable during the cleaning. A wonderful experience.

Armando is the best hygienist in town! I would give him alot alot of starsss for his great job!

Front office girls are great. They both teamed up and helped my family sign up for the offices in house discount plan. I was surprised on how much it actually saved us for only paying $149 for a yearly subscription. I highly recommend coming to NorthEast Heights Modern Dentistry. This is going to be a bit of a novel, but I have so much to say about my visit today!
I hadn't seen a dentist in quite some time so I was really nervous about going and having to address some serious tooth decay, but I am so glad I went!! From start to finish, everyone was professional, understanding, and extremely educated! Rodni took my X rays and was by my side as Dr. Hong examined my mouth and explained every x ray and photo taken. After assessing the damage, they created a plan for the services needed and came back with multiple payment options for me. I was able to set up a payment plan directly with the office and a plan to get my oral health back on track.
Dr. Hong was able to answer every question I had as I brought them up and completely erased any dental anxiety that I used to have. While working on my teeth, they made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. While waiting in between for each next step, Rodni kept checking in with me and making sure I was up-to-date on the process and remained comfortable.
Armando was my Hygienist and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way! I couldn't believe the luck that I ran into by choosing this dental office. He explained how to take care of my teeth after the cleaning and explained how to personally take care of my teeth according to the structure of my mouth. Armando even helped me through the range of emotions I was feeling and explained how to improve my oral health so that my next visit is even better.
I have never had a better experience with any healthcare provider than the experience I had today. This morning I woke up and just wanted to get it over with, but after I left I feel more empowered to handle my dental health and knowing that I now have a dentist's office where I can feel safe and comfortable that they are truly working in my best interest. I saw the reviews before I scheduled the appointment and yet they still surpassed any expectation that I could've had. So if you are looking for a new dental provider, you should really consider this office.

The best dental care I have ever experienced. Very gentle treatment. Great staff and office ambience. Dr. Yang informed me about all the procedures, and options in detail. I can be a very tough customer, but I was won over by his competence and skill. Glad to report that I am a very happy customer. Highly recommended!
