Dr. Hong has performed several cleanings and placed two crowns for me. He is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He has a calm and gentle demeanor and is a pleasure to talk with. He communicates well and educates me about proper dental care, diagnosis, and suggested treatments. The staff are welcoming and the technologies used are up to date. If Dr. Hong leaves this practice, I will follow him.

I had a wonderful dental appointment today. I went in for a swollen tooth and a check up as I haven't been to a dentist in years. Dr.Hong did a great job explaining all of the treatment I needed. Then I thought is was super neat that Chelsey came in and went over the cost and payment options before I got scheduled for my next visits. Overall everyone was very nice and I am so happy I found this office.

Everyone was friendly. But unfortunately I had Worst experience ever because i Waited 3 hours to get a cleaning. Kept getting pressured in to getting a procedure done by the dentist when I was just there for a cleaning. When I finally got a cleaning by the dentist, it took him 5 minutes. Did a horrible job. I am so dissatisfied and would never recommend this office or recommend them. He is out for your money and will try to get you to agree to procedures you don't need and will get mad if you don't do them. Worst cleaning I've ever had. He's not a professional dentist.

Dr. Yang was great! This was my first time going to the Dentist in quite a while, but everything went smoothly. I made an appointment and went in not knowing what to expect, but I was seen on time and had a full cleaning and examination. Luckily, I didn’t have any cavities or any issues! He reminded me to floss everyday and sent me on my way.
I’ll probably go here again next time.

When my dentist could not get me in for sudden, severe tooth pain, NE Heights Modern Dentistry could and turned out to be the best dentist I have been to in my adult life. Not only did they find time for me, Dr. Hong was the best dentist I have ever met in terms of listening, connecting with me as a person, and clearly detailing the options and steps in resolving my tooth pain asap. The entire team there is outstanding and reassures nervous dentist patients like myself from start to finish. If you are not completely satisfied with your current dentist, or new to Albuquerque, I recommend without hesitation Dr. Hong in particular and NE Heights Modern Dentistry in general.

Found our new dentist! Had to get a crown today and it was a one-day less than 2 hour painless procedure. Everyone is very professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

I went because I thought I would give them a try but like always you can’t go to a dentist with out having that judgement. The dentist yang gave me a anxiety attack and was just so rude to me and instead of educating and encouraging me to continue to come and work together I felt embarrassed and my anxiety was so high it made me cry. I had previously told the dental assistant I was feeling a little judged

I love this dental office. They are always on schedule with my appointments and I've never had to wait passed my appointment time to be seen.
There have been occasions that I've had dental emergencies and if they couldn't fit me in that very day, they always squeeze me in on the next day, regardless of how busy they are. They always smile and say, "No problem," and are compassionate regarding my emergency.
Dr. Yang is great. I've discussed several cosmetic options I've either heard about or read about and he always takes time to sit and discuss them with me. He usually advises against anything superficial and is always most concerned about my oral health above all else.
In the last year, I've moved clear across the metro area to the far northwest area of Rio Rancho, and while I've changed doctors, mechanics, etc., I have not changed dentists. It is worthwhile to me to cross the metro area in order to see Dr. Yang and his team.

I recently moved to Albuquerque and had not established myself with a dentist when I started having some dental issues. I called NE Heights Modern Dentistry and spoke to Janice, she worked her magic and found an appt time that worked for me. She was so helpful, just the person to make a great first impression! From there I had great care from Kaitlyn and of course Dr Hong. So welcoming and friendly, Dr Hong assessed my situation and provided sound conservative advice. I’ve found my new dental office YAY

Armando Aranda the dental hygienist is amazing!! Never thought I’d say that about any dental procedure but it was actually a good experience because he explained the process in terms that I could understand. He was gentle and thorough. Never been more 😄 pleased!!
