so unorganized, they are constantly getting their schedules wrong, my mom seen them tell people they had a 10am appointment when the client would say they actually had a 9:30am appointment and had a appointment paper as proof, this also happened to my mother, they also don't keep track of who they already gave x-rays, they seriously were about to give my mother another x-ray when they had already previously performed 2 on her, she stopped them and said she'd already had other x-rays and they had to go back and check. every time they make an appointment it literally takes months to happen, and by that time whatever you need to get done becomes infected and they can't do the work. my mom also said its really hard to understand what the dentist/hygienist is saying because it sounds like they have really hard to understand accents. there's just too many things wrong with this place.

it took forever to get an appointment. After months of waiting I finally got in just to get there and be informed, by a sign on the wall, that there is a mandatory 20.00 copay. This is a low income clinic. No one bothered to let me know that there would be a minimum 20.00 copay

I arrived at my appointment I was there no more than 5 minutes everything went smooth I couldn't ask for better service.

To the person who talked about getting a wisdom tooth pulled, can you update on the recovery of the tooth procedure? I have to get my wisdom tooth pulled as well and was feeling somewhat uneasy about it. The experience at the candelaria clinic was ok, but it is going to take 3 day they say to transfer my file to the oral surgeon. I have been in pain since sunday and dont think I will get anywhere until Monday (hopefully) we are coming up on the Thanksgiving holiday...I am thinking of going to a private practice to get relief faster. Yes, it may be cheaper this way but the pain is unbearable.

If I could give more stars I would. I never thought I would smile showing my teeth again, but they made it possible. Dr. Mason and his staff are so amazing and compassionate.

My experience is that they are always kind and are willing to explain my options. They also have a way of calming my nervousness while there.

The employees are very kind and helpful....They care for the patients and you can clearly see it!! Keep up your efforts and kindness!! God bless you all

This place is the worst!!made me an appointment for extractions ,husband got the day off so he could take care of the kids,went to my appointment &was told they couldnt do it to go to a surgeon, but yet still made me an appointment and took my money after knowing they couldnt,dentist never told me he wasnt able too before making an appointment! Worst place ever!

Great place! So glad my wife and I discovered it. Love all the staff, so friendly! Dr Lantz is awesome!!
