Peppermint Dental has great people working there and they're always nice and helpful whenever we go. We take our whole family there and they cater to the kids as well as to the adults. We can always get appointments in a reasonable amount of time and don't have to wait long to be seen. They seem to work very hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and doing ok.

Took them 25 minutes to get my husband checked in. They need more secretaries or front desk staff. Other than the initial inconvenience, the dental staff and dentist were very friendly and thorough. Just don't enjoy being told to show up early, with one person ahead and having to stand in line waiting for more than 20 minutes.

I had an appointment at 9 and when I arrived the doors were locked and no one was inside. The hours stated they open at 830. I called and I kept getting an error message, no one ever answered my call. I was never notified that the clinic would be closed or asked to reschedule. Poor communication and customer service to advice one of this closure.

Dr Patel is awesome. He is gentle, informative, and professional. He definitely cares about the well being of his patients because it shows through his actions. I would recommend him to everyone I know. His staff is likewise kind and knowledgeable.
