Trying to get an orthodontist appointment is next to impossible. They visit once or twice a month and are there to generate the store dollars, not what the client needs. The more out of pocket the happier they are. Like a comment below I too waited over 40 minutes after my appointment, isn’t that the point of an appointment to have a SCHEDULED time to be looked at? I got quoted nearly $6000 for Invisalign braces and tooth extractions ( that I did not need) when I already had braces and the doctor said he could do nothing else for me. Oh and this isn’t covered under my PPO insurance. Of course not! Take it or leave it. I went for a second opinion and this is not the case. They accepted me as a transfer patient and got new brackets and hardware installed- insurance covered! -and I am back on track after trying to get an appointment with peppermint for the past 6 months. Beware! They only want your money! Not what’s best for you! Disappointed! Will never go back!
