Enchanted Hills Dentistry and Orthodontics

I had a dental emergency, and booked online had changes happen during the day, was able to call in and the stuff worked with me and still got me in that day. Extremely professional staff, very understanding to your needs and concerns. I cant write a good enough review on how great this dentist office is. My wife is extremely happy and loves the fact i have found a place that i will return to and continue my dental care with. I personal feel there is no other dentist office that can match this one and how they treat you. I look forward to my next visit, to me that stats a lot on how amazing and professional everyone is there. I personal will be recommending there practice to everybody i know.

Wonderful dentist, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I am a disabled veteran and the VA sent me here for my dental care and I am so happy they did. Dr. Graziano and his staff are so accommodating and helped me through multiple dental emergencies. I am so grateful and blessed to have found this dentist.

My wife broke a bridge while we were visiting a relative in Albuquerque. Enchanted Hills was able to see her the following day and remove the damaged bridge during the visit. They thoroughly explained all treatment options, all costs and which costs would be covered by her dental insurance before starting any work. We highly recommend them.

Avoid this shady corporate dental practice! Rio Rancho, you are being fleeced by a dental practice that "claims" to use up-to-date dental technology, but this is not true and they will also try to upsell you on services you likely do not need. For example, there are modern digital forms of x-rays being used in the market, but this place is still using old style x-rays, exposing their patients to unnecessary radiation. I'm in my mid-40's and have healthy teeth, these shysters tried selling me some type of fluoride treatment I haven't had since I was a teenager that I do not need! The furnishings of this office also look old and worn, likely recycled from an old dental practice in the 80's. The lobby is also not inviting.
The office feels gross and outdated....being located in a Wal-Mart parking lot should tell you everything you need to know. I should have trusted my first inclination when I walked in the office and the office claimed I had not completed their online forms, which I had. Next my appointment started over 40 minutes late. As a new resident of Rio Rancho I had higher expectations and I abruptly ended my appointment and walked out disturbed by how I was treated as a first time patient. I can only imagine if this happened to me, others have also had less than stellar appointments. It's no wonder the dentist moved from Scottsdale, AZ to here, because he would never have survived running an outdated practice like this in Scottsdale. Take some ownership and responsibility for your dental practice and show some pride. Maybe visit your bank and take out a loan and try making an investment in your practice and modernize it. Try having another hygienist available to assist so your patients are not being shelled around and told to come back for a simple cleaning, then you won't have to make excuses for your substandard employees. Accept responsibility, you run a mismanaged dental office that provides outdated substandard care and frankly I do not care about the excuses you have to offer. They are invalid to me as a consumer. Your patients have schedules to adhere to and when they schedule appointments they expect things to occur during these appointments. You cannot expect your patients to come back later in the day just because you mismanage your practice and cannot properly staff it! The residents of Rio Rancho deserve better than what this office has to offer and we should not have to settle for substandard dental care by some shyster who thinks he can make a buck here by fleecing the people of Rio Rancho with substandard dental care.

P.S. After I have asked several times to delete any of my information and not to contact me, they sent me a message asking for a review. This place is awful!

Overall 👍 but I was never shown the X-rays and/or other scan taken which could have better explained what was going on with the teeth/gums. My wife a few days before, the screenshots were turned next to her chair in explaining issues needing attention.
I would have really liked to have seen them for me. Is it possible you could email my X-rays to me so I can better comprehend the problems going on and future reference.

Very positve experience. From intake to actual dental work, everyone was kind, friendly and excellent at their job. Had to find a new dentist since my previous dentist no longer took my insurance. Thankyou Dr. Tram and staff. What a find!

I am always treated as a valued patient. They are very accommodating with working with my schedule. At every appointment, they work with a sense of urgency in keeping the appointment on time with no/low wait times to have my needs met.
I have a special consideration for a medical issue pertaining to my jaw and Dr. Graziano, his assistants and hygienists are very nurturing to ensure I do not have discomfort.
This is a special office with a kind, caring team. I feel blessed to have found them.

Both my husband and myself have been using Enchanted Hills Dentistry for 5 years now. I could go on and on about how we feel but to sum it up in two words it would be wonderfully perfect. From the moment you arrive until you leave you couldn't ask for a better staff or a better dentist. Honestly you couldn't ask for a better dental experience.
