The staff at Aspen Dental exude top notch professionalism for all of the services they provide. My appointments were on two consecutive days with Mahogany for deep cleaning. She's extremely thorough with expertise in the execution of her skills. A bonus included a spontaneous rendition of some of her favorite rhythm and blues tunes as she worked which was very pleasant! I highly recommend using their services.

Fist time to go to Aspen and it was not a good experience at first
Went in for a cleaning and Mohogany was very rude i was choking and felt manhandled.
Got up and walk out the room. She really find another carrier.

At the end they made it right.

Julia was very helpful and patient when guiding us through our options and explaining what our insurance would cover. We never felt rushed and she made you feel valued. FANTASTIC Customer Service.

The office was clean and equipment was state of the art. The staff was polite and compassionate. However, the “free” first visit didn’t apply to minors, even though I had a written letter stating it would be.

Wasn’t happy with the way I was treated when it came to dentist pulling my teeth out 3 teeth shots in a still feel every inch of pain and pulling was so bad,the aftermath was bad also the pain after her pulling teeth out was unbareable!Wouldnt recommend this place

If you need dentures, don't go here. My mom started her adventure in March. It's now October and she still has no teeth! Now it is March! Dentures that don't fit. Now they tell her if she comes back it will cost her more. So much for a satisfaction guarantee!

What a joke!! My Dad paid $6000 for a partial and at 7 months a tooth fell out!! They want $192 to glue a tooth back in because they are only warrantied for 6 months!! This place is a ridiculous!! Buyers beware!! Go somewhere else!!!
