Appointment was at 3, I arrived 15 minutes early and was called back. I then waited 45 minutes and no doctor showed up. Need to be respectful of patients time. Very disappointed after 3 great visits!!!
So disappointed!!!! After leaving this review instead of trying to improve they would rather be rude and hateful!! I would give a zero if I could!!!

Just had the worst experience, spent an hour and a half getting xrays and consults with hygienist and dentist only to be quoted $4400 after my dental ins! When I asked for an appt for routine cleaning, I was told they couldn't do it! What a waste of my time! DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!

My husband has been here before and I had never taken my kids. Well needless to say my daughter had an accident on her bicycle (on christmas eve of all days) and she flew off and hit her front teeth on the street. Well she broke her front teeth it was pretty bad. I was able to go online and make an appointment on Christmas day for the following Monday. They called Sunday to confirm her appointment and get all of our insurance information. We went in on Monday and the Dentist was able to fix her teeth on the spot. It looks good but her retainer doesn't fit exactly right but I think her orthodontist can fix this on our next visit. But they were AMAZING from start to finish. The employees are super helpful, nice, considerate and just plain AMAZING. I think this will become our new regular dentist office.

Complete staff very knowledgeable and pleasant. Time was excellent everything was on time no waiting in rooms or waiting and extra 2to 3 hrs after appointment time. Excellent service 👍👍👍👍👍

The dentist was rude and unprofessional. The staff is super nice. The dentist told me I had 8 cavities I went to get a second opinion and I had no cavities just stains. They also do x-rays that are not needed so they can charge you for something insurance should cover. The xrays were poor quality as well. They also lied on my paperwork saying I stated things that I never said. Things that were not true. I am never going back!

This place will nickel and dime you if your not careful. They will take advantage of you for not knowing much about dentistry. They will tell you that you need all this kind of work done to your teeth and the patient out of pocket is ridiculous even if you have insurance. They will suggest fluoride mouthwash and a 135 dollar toothbrush and give you very little description when explaining it. The people who work there should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of the small town people of Hobbs. Please do not, I repeat do not ever go here.

I am making a change to this place after my dentist retired. Couldn’t have had a better experience as a new patient. I am very anxious when I go to the dentist and they put me at ease right away. Highly recommend.
