Great dentist office, all of the hygienists are very professional, they ask all the important questions and take the time to listen to concerns and address them, they are very accommodating and the comfort menu is always a bonus, havnt taken advantage of any of it myself, but I will someday and I love knowing it's there for patients to enjoy. The doctor is awesome too, from my experience he tries to give each patient the time they deserve and asks if there's anything special you need addressed or have any questions. He is always professional (as is the entire staff) and they are all always friendly. The Dr. Usually remembers his patients even after a 6 month gap between cleanings, he on occasion has not remembered something from our last visit but you can't blame the guy as he has hundreds of patients that he only gets to spend a couple minutes with usually once every 6 months. Lastly the text system is extra convenient for scheduling or communication with the office when calling is not possible. Highly recommend this dentist to everyone!

High country dental has helped me soooooo much. By a blessing in disguise another dentist messed up my front teeth and I ended up going to high country dental to get them fixed. They are beautiful and I've always wanted straight teeth but I never thought I would be able to get them done. I smile more now and have more confidence too. I highly recommend them, very professional and not forceful about any kind of extra treatment like other places. They are so accommodating and the entire staff is super friendly! Thanks so much!

I’m a fan of going to the dentist in general, but man...this place is amazing! The cleanings are gentle yet thorough! They’re not pushy with their services & work with you to ensure you’re able to schedule the services you need, especially if you’re struggling financially. I will never go to another dentist! 😊 🦷

I always have a great experience with the staff at the Rio Rancho location, but this time was different. My experience was great till the end with the woman who does the billing. I do not need someone criticizing my insurance because it actually makes her have to do her job. I like the staff and this person was a new face. Definite stuck out like a sore thumb in terms of helpful. When it comes to the clerical work I rate zero stars. Five stars to the rest of the staff and thank you. I hope this person is spoken to about her attitude.
