High marks for my hygienist, she was gentle with me and did great!. I have noticed some changes. Previously I was offered a menu of comfort items and sent home with a goodie bag. This is no longer happening. That has been a main reason I go to those places and have had friends and family go as well. They also feel as I do. It's sad these are not offered any more.

Annual appt went very smoothly. All X-rays done right the first time no retakes. Hygienist was efficient and gentle. Took time around some tough spots and no gum trauma from flossing. Great experience!
