I absolutely have dentist PTSD after a very bad experience a few years ago at a different place. After canceling the appointment various times I finally bit the bullet add went in. The staff at High Country Dental is amazing and the experience was painless, I was comfortable and I received prescriptions for pain meds and antibiotics. 10/10 recommend!!!

In that I have been for some time somewhat averse to going to the dentist, I chose High Country Dental because of their sedation practices, including nitrous available for my initial appt. I was able to fill out all the paperwork online prior to my appt. which I liked. I was made very comfortable, my concerns and trepidations were all taken seriously, and Julie was patient and a pro at explaining everything to me and performing the x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Ivers was straight and to the point and I look forward to planning my appt. to address my 2 cavities. It was as good a visit as I could have hoped for all around. Thanks, and glad to have that done

This is a fantastic place to get your dental work done. Great friendly staff and they always make sure that you are comfortable. I have been going to the dentist for many years and they are by far the best at cleanings. They are gentle on my teeth but effective. I highly recommend this place!

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the second you walk in you realize that this office and their staff is a step above other local dentist offices. The office is beautiful and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Everything went smooth and pain free. They also handed me a "comfort menu" which offers multiple items to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Never have I been to such a customer service oriented dental office.

I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist, even for something as simple as a cleaning. This is the first office and staff that understands and never makes me feel “less than” for needing a break or a breath during treatment.
The comfort items are a great distraction as well.

I love almost everything about High Country Dental. Here are the 2 things I don't like:
1.) Everything is done pretty much by text.
2.) When the billed my insurance, they did not submit everything they did. I am on a PPO plan, so I need everything billed to my insurance. I paid them $300, but my insurance said I should have only paid them $104.00. When I called to find out about the discrepancy, I was told that because the billing agent knew they insurance wouldn't cover it, she didn't bill it. So they insurance thinks my out-of-pocket is only $104.00 That is a disservice to me and anyone on a PPO plan.
I do think Dr. Ivers is probably the very best dentist in the state and I would love to go back, buy I cannot afford this type of error in billing.

First time as a new patient. Greeted by friendly staff immediately when I walked in. They gave me a tour of the place. Very warm and inviting. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment and still was taken back early. Wait time very minimal. Dr. Trujillo is very nice professional and listens to your concerns. So glad I made an appointment with this crew! Very nice staff. Looking forward to my next visit. 💯
