Absolutely awesome place. I'm one thats not a fan of the dentist. That said I went today and they were completely understanding of my situation. Dental Assist Trish had great customer service and took extra care.
Dr. Trujillo also was understanding and took really good care in being gentle and not causing pain. Definitely will return here when needed.

I have been to many dentists in different states in the country but I never had this welcoming, comfortable and relaxing experience from the minute I made my appointment to the service I received. Everyone was very polite, gentle and knowledgeable. I had cleaning and Donna was very gentle and thorough. All in it was great experience and I will recommend this place to my friend and family and I will be back next time. Thanks high country Dental for a great service.

Kind staff and a great experience!! Love this place. My cleaning was thorough and the dental hygienist was so kind and personable. I’ve had much work at High Country Dental with Dr. Melissa Ivers and Dr. Trujillo. Both are gentle and willing to explain everything they’re doing. For such a busy office, the staff is never impatient and they never rush you through your appointment. Definitely recommend!

Only reason I gave them a 2 was that the hygienist was nice and professional. The dentist spent an entire 5 minutes with me and proceeded to tell me I needed 3k worth of crowns and a mouth guard that my previous dentist never even hinted at remotely. They wanted me to do the footwork to get 3d x-rays from oral surgeon or charge me another $250. Their billing coordinator, who was rude, hands me a cost analysis that overcharged me vs the insurance by 30%. Reading some previous reviews leads me to believe they look for profit and not personalized care.
