I had a great experience coming here for my annual dental exam and cleaning. Dr. Conner is super professional and skillful at what he does. He doesn’t try to up sell unnecessary services and tells you like it is. He did a very nice job on a filling on the side of my smile. His bedside manners are casual and really pleasant. The staff at Rio Rancho Modern Dentistry is extremely friendly and on top of their game! The practice seems to run smoothly, and always seems clean. I trust the health of my pearly whites in Dr. Conner’s hands and his team :)

This place is the worst unless you have great insurance, if not they will do what is required and thats it. They will say one thing and not honor . Had to get Dentures , had to go in 4 times before because they didnt do it right, then when i got them they didnt tell me anything or even make sure they fit. Was told "the doctor knows they will fit right." they didnt at all.Went back in and the fix that was done eventually chipped off. Iam not a negative review person but do not go here!

Took our little 5 yr old twins in for a cleaning and check up. The staff, especially Tabitha, made their experience a great one! Tabitha made them feel at ease and created a lot of fun!

Emergency dentist, yeah right. My 7 yo fell and knocked her 2 front teeth almost out. They were bleeding and loose. I don't live in Rio Rancho but am visiting. Waited 30 minutes on hold to tell me they won't see her because she's not a patient there. I was told to go to the ER. Their website specifically states why one doesn't want to go to an ER for dental emergencies. Epic fail of advertising. It should say only seeingvexisting patients for emergencies. You suck Modern Dentistry of Rio Rancho.

I can't remember everyone's names who helped me, but MY GOODNESS. I love this place. I'd recommend it to everyone. Dr. Connor and John, his assistant(?) are gentle and kind, and Dr. Connor went out of his way to make time for me when he was behind on his schedule already. I had a crown done for the first time in my life, and they were able to make it same day in the office while doing two other fillings for me. Two hours later I walked out with two fillings and an AMAZING looking crown. You'd never know it wasn't my real tooth. No impressions, just digital pictures and a little wait. I'm very grateful. All the staff kept checking on me and asking me if I wanted a water.. they care so much. I also read bad reviews about the receptionist, but he was great! He asked me how my 2-month-old daughter was doing two days later - I love when people remember me! They also gave me a "professional discount" to make payment easier for my crown. I've never been to a better dental office.

I seriously wish I would've came to Rio Rancho Modern Dentistry first.
The staff is very professional, caring, kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
