Dr. Conner was fantastic! I needed a lot of work done (I knew this going in) and I had a ton of questions. Dr. Conner took the time to get to know me and address my questions and give me lots of options for care. Bedside manner was great and laid back. Office staff and assistants were all friendly. If I wasn't moving this would be my permanent spot for dental care.

I really like this place, I like the orthodontist that is working with my braces the only issue was today. I had an appointment and I missed my appointment and it's not their fault it's totally my fault, I forgot to call them but somebody broke into my shop, the police were called over there and I had to be there and again it's my fault for missing my appointment. So the issue we had is, my wife called to let them know and they rescheduled and then she let me know what day they reschedule me for and I told her that is not going to work because I have a meeting that day and there's no way I would be able to be there so she had to call them back and when she called them back to reschedule, the guy that answered the phone Stefan was very bugged, rude and short with my wife. I understand he probably gets a lot of calls but that's his job he needs to be professional, we are giving them business and we have a choice on where to go and we chose them. I'm the one that should be frustrated because my braces were supposed to be on for only 10 months and it's been well over a year but I'm still calm and professional with them.

The Staff is super nice and Dr. Conner is the BEST doctor I have ever met!
I had an accident during the holidays, my front one broke off. I felt hopeless, super scared, and did not know what will happen. Dr. Conner explained the procedure, what is he going to do and how is he going to fix my smile. I felt NO PAIN and just couple hours later my smile was better than before the accident!
I can't put it in words how thankful I am for this place for doing such a great work! I would recommend this office for everyone! If you fear from the dentist visit, don't be! They will take care of you!

What a great experience at the office, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. From the front desk, to the Drs and assistants. They are also very accommodating with scheduling appointments and always so willing to work with you. I will definitely keep coming in regularly.

Had a great experience at the Rio Rancho office. Office is clean, bright and the entire staff are cordial, courteous and professional. They greet you as you come in, with a smile. The process from beginning to end is smooth and carefree. They let you know up front what to expect and guide you through the entire process. I had a routine check up and had the dentist hygienist clean my teeth. My mouth felt great and pain free. I strongly recommend a visit and they offer a 1st time visit exam, films and cleaning for under $60. Don't hesitate to call and ask questions. You won't regret it.

I had a great time there (and who can say that about a visit to the dentist) Dr. Michael Connor and his side kick assistant John where fantastic... from the very beginning both gentlemen put me at ease... no pain at any stage of my treatment! Very professional and extremely down to earth! The ladies at the front desk were both fantastic also! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you lads! ☘️

The staff is amazing! Stefan, Jourdan, and Melissa answered all my questions. John, the dental assistant, is very knowledgable and experienced. He answered all my questions. Dr. Connor and John have a chemistry like no other. It seems like John knows exactly what Dr. Connors wants without asking and gives it to him.
