Rio Rancho Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I recently had my lower denture repaired last month. I went in to have them adjusted twice, but to no avail. I paid over $100.00 to have a crack repaired . They have just broken again. I had goo service from John ,an assistant , but was treated very rudely by the office manager. The dentist did not do an impression to begin with which caused all my problems. I now have to go to another dentist to have them repaired at an additional cost. Very poor service.

I cannot express how incredible the staff is at Modern Dentistry. From Dr Conner to the front desk every person gives their all! I have terrible teeth and they have stood by me finding the best results for me and at a cost that fair. Thank you to all of you. An extra thank you to John who has help me repeatedly.

Takes months to get into an appointment, when you get the appointment they can’t fix anything that’s wrong they can only look at your teeth, I need a root canal I haven’t gotten in for 4 months when I did go in they just told me I need to come back like like 3 months so they can just take my braces off and look some more

I booked an appointment two weeks out to see the ortho since she is barely there and so I took off work and drove 1.5 hours to come to this location to find out I was lied too. I asked numerous times how much it would be for the metal retainer even put on hold to verify and then I get there to have the price completely changed. I not only wasted my time I wasted my gas and I took off work! Beyond pissed!

We will not use modern dentistry again, they did not use our insurance and they said our insurance only covered 30% which was not true, also they are over priced, found a better dentist that actually uses and charges the insurance co. And is cheaper. Did not feel like a human being just a dollar sign

My family has been going here for a few years since they opened and they have always been great! I've had to cancel at the last minute a few times (thank you teenagers!) and they have always been gracious about it. The prices are reasonable and most of the staff has stayed the same since they opened. That's rare nowadays.

Very fast and friendly. Root canal and crown done in under two hours. Crown made in office with auto cad cnc machine. Fits perfect, no return visit needed. Days of wear a temporary cap for two weeks while crown is made are over!

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They’ve done an amazing job helping my teeth and gum health

I needed a lot of work & quickly. After initial exam & cleaning, my first w/Laser to kill Bacteria, I set two appointments and in two weeks got both a new cap but two complete extraction & new implants w/caps! Oh, and a root that had lost it cap was extracted also.

Horrible office manager (Stephen) and front office team. Very unprofessional and do not represent the company well. They are the reason my family of 6 including my parents have decided to quit going. Location is convenient so I wish it worked out.
