Great office! They were able to work me during a quick trip home so I was able to see my favorite hygienist, Codi. She has taken care of me for several years now and I followed her when she moved to this practice. I still make time to see her when I travel home from out of state. She is knowledgeable and skilled. Dr. Ruiz, a new member at SFMD who is amazing, smart and kind, joins this staff of wonderfully devoted people who work hard 6 days/week. Years ago, this business was not of the standard that is today. I had experienced much longer wait times, non sympathetic staff & impatience when voicing any dissatisfaction.
This year especially, in 2021, a very challenging time to run a successful, safe medical business, SF Modern Dentistry is providing a high level of care, a great standard, and I am very grateful for the hard work and people-kind staff of specialists that make this place work so well. -A OTERO

This office is clean, the personnel are all kind and thoughtful. My concerns are listened to, responded to and addressed fully. Financial arrangements are flexible. The fact that x-rays are immediately visible on a monitor next to the dental chair means that I can SEE my progress as every step is explained to me. As someone formerly in nursing, I always felt at home with physicians and hospitals, participating in my own health care. Not so with dentists, since I have no training in that field... but with this practice, I truly feel like a part of the team, ensuring my own dental care is cooperative!
Nobody likes root canals... but mine took only 90 minutes from start to finish, and was done VERY well. Nobody wants to go to the dentist... but when I need dental care... I don't want to go anywhere else!! These folks have my vote! - Beverly S.

I admit I have always felt anxiety going to the dentist, but Kelley Ryals, her assistant Matthew (I'm so horrible with names, I think that was his), and the entire staff are welcoming and professional. A nearly pain free experience. I highly recommend this Dentist.
