Office Manager here is probably the worst she's always so rude and snippy told me I needed to call and confirm my apt next time, last I checked that was the offices job not mine as a patient, not even worth complaining to her since she's one of the issues, nobody in this office communicates with one another to get the proper and necessary appointments made, so you end up wasting your time because they can't help you unless your have an hour of your time to give them after you've waited 20 minutes to be helped after your apt that was only supposed to take 30 minutes
