The woman who cleaned my teeth was fantastic, and Dr. Mandava is very kind and courteous. He is an excellent dentist and is the only dentist who has been able to numb my lower molars. I love this office!

I've been here several times for cleanings and just today received a root canal. Exceptional staff, very caring and polite. I drive an hour and a half to my appointments here and I will continue to do so without hesitation. I highly recommend this 1st advantage dental.

Dr. Mandava is great but the office staff is a problem. Just about every time I make an appointment I get a call to reschedule. Last visit for a cleaning they said my BP was too high. Ok, maybe but it was ok when I got home. Made an appointment for today 1/23/20 online almost 2 weeks ago. I get a call today 3 hours before my appointment saying the online appointment wasn't long enough for a cleaning. Ridiculous!!! I only have dental benefits for another week.

Dr. A (Mandava) and his office support do a fantastic job in making sure your taken well cared of while you are there for your procedure. I have been a patient of his(and Traci P) for over 20 years and wouldn't think of going to anyone else. They are first rate and take a friendly approach to all my concerns I may have. Appointments are prompt and convenient to my schedule. A++

I would stay away from this practice. I scheduled my first appointment from their online portal. I got confirmation email. Thought I am all set and appeared on the Date. But to my surprise they didn't have any thing on their record. The reception blamed the website and apologized for it and asked me to schedule another appointment. "OK" despite some humiliation I decided to stick with this Practice. I got a date about a month after that day. Then 3 weeks after I got a call, the staff said I have to postpone my appointment for whatever reason! R u kidding me!! What a waste of time! I immediately rejected any of their offer....

I've been a patient of First Advantage for several years, starting with Dr. Hutton in Hudson. I now see Dr. Mandava who is an awesome dentist, as he is very caring with a "down to earth" personality. I highly recommend this office!
I also see Dr. Guan for Ortho in Latham. He is a great asset and I enjoy my visits with him! He takes his time to explain everything to you so you understand what is going on. I never wanted to see an orthodontist, but Dr. Guan changed my feelings, and now I enjoy going!

My family and I see Dr. Mandava! He has been our family dentist for 20 + years! He has alway taken great care of our family! On emergency basis this place is thee place! I wouldn't have it any other way! I have been in such dilemmas and he has gotten me out of all of them! Great service! Great staff! Grateful to have them! Thank you!

I came to this 1st Advantage location after my Dentist of a different 1st Advantage retired. The Facility didn't open on time on my first consult. The Dentist was pushy and rude. Said he could not do work that day made me come back. On the second visit they cancelled because when I arrived I had a head cold, which I had for over a week. They felt it was unsafe. I lost time at work on both occasions to make these appointments. Terrible patient care I don't recommend.
