If I could give Dr. Harris and his entire team more than 5 stars, I would! I happened to find this practice online and decided to switch once I read all of the positive reviews. The entire patient experience is fast, friendly, professional, and gentle! Mindy who works at the front desk is calm, helpful, and knowledgeable. She is always able to answer any questions I have about billing or scheduling. She goes above and beyond, in my opinion, to provide excellent customer service. Her reminder phone calls are always helpful and timely. All of the dental hygienists and the dental assistant work well together and ensure the patient is comfortable throughout the entire visit. They are funny, caring, and do express pride in their work. They take the time to explain each step of the procedure.
Dr. Harris himself is the best dentist I have ever, and will ever, have. He is soft spoken, has a nice sense of humor, and will go out of his way to ensure you are comfortable. He is known for being gentle and performing excellent work. I can attest to this! He even called me (Himself) on a Saturday to make sure that I was recovering okay after the procedure that I had and asked if I needed anything. I have never had any provider care as much as Dr. Harris does. If you need a new dentist, please visit Dr. Harris and his team. You will never look back!

I had a deep cavity drilled and filled yesterday. Dr. Harris was kind, gentle, efficient. I felt no pain, not even a pinch when he inserted the needle. It was just the right amount of pain killer because it wore off nicely. After that I felt no pain or aches. Two thumbs up.
