I have been a customer of this place my whole life along with multiple family members and I have never had such a poor experience till today. They have had my family’s business for over 20 years. The receptionist was very rude to me. She never told me that they no longer took my insurance until after I had my cleaning and was going to pay. She also gave me extreme attitude when I was trying to figure out what was going on with the insurance. She even rolled her eyes at me. In addition she told me that I should have told her about tge insurance but it is her job to ask. I had no idea they had switched and no longer took my insurance. I myself am a receptionist at another company and I would never treat customers like this. On another occasion I had to wait in the waiting room for over 45min and when I asked the receptionist what was happening because I had to be at work she gave me attitude again and didn’t even try and figure out what was happening. I am very disappointed and they have lost my business along with my other family members.
