I have been taking myself and 3 children here for about 3 years at first they were very accommodating as far as getting an appointment. The staff has never been overly friendly or welcoming (except for one hygienist who talked a bit much to you while having dental tools in your mouth. None the less over friendly is certainly more appealing then rude when in any type of business. however I haven’t seen her in the last 2-3 times we’ve been in so maybe she no longer is there.) There has been a number of turnover in front desk employees in the 3 years we have been coming and none of them have been friendly or professional so maybe that’s not a requirement to have a job here. The office is run down, the bathroom doesn’t look or smell fresh and unfortunately I have a child who I believe has a hobby and goal to visit every restroom in every establishment we enter every single time😖. I feel like they rush through the cleaning of your teeth especially with the children. Some of the dental hygienist are rough but nothing you can’t handle twice a year for 10- 15 minutes. Since COVID the office has definitely changed for the worst! Being in healthcare I understand the extra precautions and working with limited staff most days however you still need to have an understanding and compassion that you’re not the only ones stressed and living through this! They have now called and confirmed my appointment twice with the wrong time! This last time I had to rearrange MY OWN SCHEDULE AND PATIENTS to be there at the time they confirmed over the phone not once but even a second time of me calling them back and questioning the time for me to show up at the time they confirmed to tell me my appointment was 15 minutes earlier and I needed to reschedule. Oh and here’s the best part “we can get you on Monday at 9am if you can’t make it then, then we can’t do anything for you until the end of April”. I’ve had it with this place!

I am extremely scared of going to the dentist. It has been a fear since I was young. Dr. Quiros always makes me feel safe and comfortable. I have zero anxiety when I see him. The office is small and nothing fancy but it is always clean and the staff are always warm and inviting. Definitely recommend Choice Family Dental.

I’ve been coming here for a few years but I’m looking to change practices after my last visit. I came for a standard cleaning and left bruised, spitting up blood, and very offended. The woman who did my cleaning was very abrasive, sloppy, rude, and didn’t seem to have my well-being in mind. During my cleaning she snickered and said, “Can you stop licking my hand, it’s really creepy.” Meanwhile she was doing my cleaning with her entire hand in my mouth. I’m sorry, you’re scraping my gums to the bone, how can I STOP LICKING YOUR HAND??? It was very, VERY rude, unprofessional and uncalled for. I don’t plan on staying in this practice after this. Not to mention the building itself feels like a weird back alley. And to top it all off, HALF of my back molar chipped off the next night and they don’t have any availability to fix what they so clearly damaged (no doubt from how hard and sloppy the cleaning was). Please stay as far away from these people as you can, I almost question wether or not they’re actually dentists or black market creeps with no training.

Extremely Unprofessional Environment. When asking to speak to Management, the employees hung up the phone. When I finally got through, the Office Manager (Jodie) was very rude and did not listen to what I had to say. Their office has changed protocol for Covid as well as everywhere else, however they were misinformative on the phone and did nothing to help out with our situation. They gave one appointment time on an appt. card, however verbally said a different time over the phone. Will no longer be a customer. Two Thumbs Down

Called into the office encountered a woman by the name of JODY and she had to be the most rudest person I ever encountered I feel extremely sorry for anyone who has to encounter her. If I could give 0 stars I would I am going to make sure I write a review on every platform about her. I myself answer phones at a Dental office And I would never no matter what come across as rude as this woman!

I just had two cavities and a broken tooth fixed and I am so happy. I had lost all the molars on the left side of my mouth seven years ago due to a neurological problem. I really couldn't afford to loose what was left on the right side of my mouth. Also, I couldn't afford a crown as Medicaid/Medicare won't cover it but they will cover having all my teeth pulled and having dentures fitted, go figure. So the dentist did a great job at saving that tooth and had the patience of Job as I shake and quake alot. So thank you CFD for such a good job! And the Dental Hygienist who cleaned them afterwards had a great play list going on her phone too!

Just came here for the first time today they’re very nice here & really put me at ease. The dentist seems good too

This dentist office is the best one I have been to. Dr. Quiros is an amazing doctor and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommended!

I took my whole family out of this practice a few years ago. They never cleaned my moms bottom teeth for her cleaning (she should of said something but she didn't) and the hygienist was very unfriendly!
Unless they revamped the hygienist, I wouldn't go here...
