Honestly this time around they were terrible, the girl cleaning my teeth was super rude and acted miserable, she was extremely rough when it came to cleaning and flossing my teeth. My whole mouth was filled with blood. The doctor was in for 2 seconds barely looked at my teeth and said have a good day you're all set. I don't know but this place seems like a joke and I am debating on going back or not.

Been seeing them for 10+ at the Utica location and til this day still travel from Utica to Liverpool to have them take care of me. Never had a issue, friendly, informative, staff is very personable, I feel at home. I would recommend them no matter the length of travel any day. Absolutely levels above anyone in the Utica area in both customer service and ability. Never felt more comfortable in a dentists chair.

My teeth had been decayed for a year and it was also shaking. I notice my head fell empty can’t focus so I went to the doctor and told them what happened then they put me on depression pills, few weeks after seeing the doctor about my head. II decided to take care of my teeth.the receptionist
have a excellent customer service they put me on to DR. Arora I explain to him how I was feeling I told him how my teeth shaking he then let me do Xtra on my month realized my jaw bone is rotten. He recommended that he could put in SomeArtificial bone. After 2 weeks time I start feeling backlike my self i can nowfocus again and think straight SO I THANK DR ARORA THAT HE HELP ME HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR I EVER EXPERIENCE .

Highly recommend Dr Arora and his team. Excellent staff, they actually listen and treat you like a human. They explain step by step of what they are doing. I'm a very nervous person high anxiety and I was very comfortable with them.

Dazzling smiles is a great place! I had a huge dental anxiety & huge fear. The sedation they provide is amazing help, I don’t even remember what I got done! I would recommend this place to my friends & family. I now have my beautiful smile back & I couldn’t be more happy 😁

I've been scared of the dentist my whole life. (And that's a lot of years!). I called Dazzling Smiles last Thursday because I had a broken tooth that was making it difficult to drink anything cold or chew. Ann at the front desk was so understanding and because they were scheduling way out. Too long for me to wait. She said she would call me when they had a cancelation. I had never been there before so I was impressed that she called me twice that day and the next morning. I went in today and Zhanna the dental assistant made me feel at ease right away! Dr Arora soon came in introduced himself and explained everything. I wanted the tooth pulled and well. Let me tell you. I never felt the novacain or the tooth being pulled. As a matter of fact when the Doctor sat back. I said what's wrong? He said nothing its out!!! I replied. No it's not!!! Lol! I was amazed!!! From entrance to exit 800am to 905am. I've never felt so cared for!!! Im going back for crowns!!! I can't believe it!!! These people are not just Dazzling. They are AMAZING!!!! Thank you sooo much!!!

I went to Dazzling Smiles a couple of days ago with two broken teeth in the front. Dr. Arora was was kind enough to see me the same day for this emergency since I was in pain. I couldn't be more grateful to him and his wonderful staff. Dr. Arora removed both of my teeth without any pain. My previous dentist wanted to send me to an oral surgeon to remove my teeth but Dr. Arora did it without doing any major surgery. I am looking forward to get all my dental work done by him. The staff is wonderful, his assistant, Zhanna is amazing and so caring and the place is immaculate!!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!!! I am looking forward to come back to have more work done!! God bless!!

.I can't say enough great things about this dental office. Everything exceeded my expectations. I was always seen within 15 minutes of my check in via phone due to covid . The staff were All very nice and Dr Patel went above and beyond to make sure we got me back to the smile I love . I send all my family and friends here which they have all great things to say as well . Thank you Dr.Patel for giving me my smile back you guys rock at Dazzling smiles 😁

Dazzling Smiles is a great dentist office! They care about the people! I had to get some work done and from the start Dr.Arora and his team was honest and they showed care and answered every question I had! The team at this office is like a family and they show it!
