If I could give this pace 100 stars I would! I had my first visit today and the entire staff was amazing! I have horrible anxiety! to be honest this was only my second visit to the dentist, I’m 32. :/ The dentist knew I was stressed out. I Started to shake as he put on the gloves. I even told him he was scaring me just putting on the gloves. He looks at me and says for what? I’m just looking. This for some odd reason relaxed me completely and my mouth opened. Thank you to the staff and doctors for being so understanding of my anxiety. It honestly means so much!

Dazzling Ambleside took care of me SUPERBLY. From Jamie,the receptionist,to the dental assistant, to Dr. AURORA. I can't help but think they performed a small miracle fixing my teeth (I gave up on them) I have crowns.i swore I was going to leave with detures. Again,very professional and friendly. They remembered my name and took very good care of me. Here's some advice,I was SCARED TO DEATH of the dentist for years. They xured me of my phobia. Don't wait, s hedule your appt. NOW no need to suffer with the pain and embarrassment of bad teeth. Xoxoxo Dazzling Smiles

I am very happy with this practice. I typically avoid the dentist mostly due to cost. Other places I have been try to upsell unnecessary thimgs to me or make me feel guilty for not caring about having crooked or off-white teeth. These guys cleaned my teeth in a helpful, professional manner. I was comfortable the whole time. Thank you.

First of all I waiting an hour for my appointment beyond the scheduled time before I was told it would be an additional 30 minutes minimum before my cleaning. The dentist did not introduce himself and looked at my teeth for half a second. I had questions and could not understand him at all. There was another patron yelling and cussing in the waiting room and the staff did nothing about it. The staff didn’t know where the equipment was in the room or how to turn off the lights shining in my eyes. I felt extremely uncomfortable like no one knew what they were doing. I left before my cleaning and I will never be back.

Where do I begin? From the moment I called Dazzling Smiles at the beginning of 2019, I've had nothing short a phenomenal experience every phone call, every visit - every single time! I personally have struggled my entire life with dental issues. And over the years of seeing numerous dentists, I always felt like I was just another number, who would get a quick repair and sent on my way. I was sick of it. So I Googled dentists near me, and saw that Dazzling Smiles had great customer (patient) reviews, so I figured why not?! I have had such bad experiences in the past with other offices, that if this was another one as well, it'd be nothing new, and it was worth a shot to at least check out. From the very first phone call, talking with the receptionist, she was nice, friendly and listened to what I had to say when calling to set up my first appointment. Once arriving, from the very first visit, to the one where I'm now sitting in their parking lot writing this review, it's always been a pleasurable experience. The moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a smile, by your first name, before you even sign in. They remember you, things about you. They care. They ask how my kids are. The waiting room is clean, always have something playing on the television, and always have coffee and drinks readily available. When the hygentist calls you back to a room, it's always with a smile, asking how you are (how your weekend was, your kids are, what have you). They take the time to listen to you. Not just rushing around a briefly listening, but they will sit down and go over everything with you. (Lisa is my absolute favorite!!! Such an absolute sweetheart!). I've met the lab tech, and he is just absolutely fabulous as well. Answers any questions you may have, and works with you to get you what YOU want when you tell him. And then there are the actual dentists! I personally see Dr. Aurora. This man is PHENOMENAL!!!! This is the type of man/dentist/professional you WANT when it comes to your dental needs. He is (and I can confidently say this) in the practice of Dentistry because he has a love and passion for what he does, and a true genuine concern for his patients. Not just a money-hungry person, in the practice of dentistry to make a quick buck. I have felt nothing but comfortable and confident with putting my dental needs in his hands! Then there is Dr. Patel. He is not my primary dentist (but I've seen him a few times due to Dr. Aurora being at their Utica location on days I've needed to be seen). He had treated me with such respect and treated me like I was his own patient, when I am not. Listens to me when I voice my questions, comments and concerns. And then again, you get nothing but a positive experience while checking out with the wonderful ladies up front. An overview of your visit, making a new appointment, etc.
I've also have had a few times where I needed to come in on short notice, and they have ALWAYS gotten me in within hours! With no questions. And they just work to accommodate you.
I could keep going on with just the overall positive experience I've had. But, I digress...
If you're like me, and have been to numerous dentists in the past, have had bad experiences, and are sick of being treated like just another number, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving Dazzling Smiles a call, and booking an appointment with them! I've already referred tons of people to them who I know are looking for a new dentist. Give them a shot! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Dr Arora is great at what he dies, He took the Time to explain to me what my options were as far as what I needed to get done, he broke it down to me to let me make the decisions. I didn’t feel pressured at all. He even fit me within a days noticed on nye so that i didn’t loose out on work n m y insurance world pay for. Last but not least I didn’t feel a thing which im sure is there main turn off for going to the dentist. Also all of the staff there is great you can actually be at ease.

I looked up Dr. Aurora online and traveled all the way from Watertown to see him again. He is an excellent Dentist - thorough and calming. The Staff is amazing and efficient, as well as friendly and caring. Dental work is difficult for me, but they made it so much easier today. Everything was explained ahead of time, and care taken to insure I understood all options. And the prices are exceptional - especially for those of us without insurance.

I can not find the words to express how extremely happy I am to have found Dazzling Smile’s! First off the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and absolutely knowledgeable about their field! Dr. Arora was amazing and Put me right it is definitely if you need a dentist office that’s well-informed and treats the patient like a person absolutely Chiose Dazzling smile’s’s

The ladies at the front desk are AMAZING! I had been scared to get a tooth pulled and they assured me it would be easy for the dentist and spoke of his aptitude. Dazzling smiles is the very best dentist and office that I've ever been to!

The Staff are amazing and extremely professional. I have never been to a dentist that I honestly enjoyed coming to, until I found this one. Highly recommended!
