I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted this morning. I’ve been putting this procedure off for years now and I was extremely nervous to have this done. Yesterday I called the office multiple times with questions and concerns and one of the receptionists, Lisa, was so helpful, patient and reassuring. When I came into the office this morning I was in a full panic and there was a mix up with the time of my appt. Lisa made sure they got me in despite the half hour delay on my part and had me sit at her desk while she calmed me down and assured me her daughter had the same procedure done by the same oral surgeon that was going to remove my teeth. I’m not even kidding when I say the oral surgeon , Dr. Tin, had all 4 teeth out of my mouth in 10 minutes. The only reason for the 4 star review is due to the nurse helping with the procedure. She was very short with me & kind of rude. After the procedure, she handed my mom a handful of gauze for my mouth. Not in a sterilized bag or anything , just a handful of gauze. Also seemed annoyed to be answering any questions we had and clearly couldn’t wait for us to be out the door. Other than her, the whole experience was so much better then I ever expected.

I’ve visited Aspen dental today, 5/2/2022, for a consultation to inquire about tooth extractions.
It was a pleasant visit. I was a little nervous 🫤at first because of COVID-19. When I arrived, some people were not wearing mask👺. However, the dentist and a dental assistant wore mask, and assured me the utensils, and the medical equipment was sanitized and safe. I had a lot of questions, and everyone was more than happy to answer them. That put me at rest and I felt safe. In addition, the prices wasn’t bad either.👍
Oh yeah I’ve visited Aspen dental on W. Ridge Rd., Rochester New York. If you have some issues with your teeth, give them a visit, but call 📞first. 🦷

Dr.Tin and Dr.Basha are the best.They make sure your smile looks absolutely perfect.I am always getting compliments on my teeth.I recommend aspen dental to everyone. Hands down they are the best.

Today I was greeted with "You have a past due balance" in the presence of other clients of Aspen Dental. I was insulted; wrong time and place and it was untrue. After showing the receptionist that the bill had been paid, I felt the tone of the broadcasted 'accusation' warranted an apology, but none was forthcoming.
Let me elaborate on this overdue payment. I received a bill in April (it is now mid June) that I called Aspen about. I needed an explanation. The person with whom I spoke consulted with someone and came back to me saying I should not have been billed and it would be taken care of by Aspen.
A couple of weeks ago I received a request for payment from a collection agency! I spoke with Aspen and was told the original bill had included a line item that was in fact billable. I IMMEDIATELY issued payment directly to Aspen as the person with whom I spoke also said there was no evidence that Aspen had engaged a collection agency to collect from me. I recognize that this background information may not be apparent (or of concern) to an intake person, but I felt put upon knowing I had not been negligent in my fiduciary responsibility.
