Last year I was told if they replaced my filling, it would take out the discoloration in my tooth & make it appear white again, so I said I would make an appointment to come back at a later date. So last month I decided not to put it off any longer since I am in a wedding soon & made an appt. I arrive & wait in waiting room for almost 20 minutes, the hygienist tells me I need xrays as it has been "several" years, funny cause I've only been a patient there since last year or so, but fine, so I get the xrays. I wait for the dentist, he tells me he is confident that replacing the filling will make it white again. I say yes that is why im here. He then tells me to make an appointment! I said this is my appointment, your not going to do it now?! He laughed & said he can't cause he has others waiting. I called specifically to get an appt to get the work done, not to miss work just to be told the same solution I was already told by them last time! They already told me what they need to do so what's the point of telling me again?! Just do the work!!! I told hygienist that I was not aware it would be a 2 part appt. She rudely told me they can't keep a schedule cleared just in case, which I get, however, they told me last time that I needed the filling so obviously I wouldn't of made the appt just to double check, I wanted it done!! So I had to make yet another appt & miss an hour or so of work again!! Waste of time!

This visit I had to wait 45 minutes to get my teeth cleaned. After 15 minutes I asked why the delay. I was told the xray machines are busy and I needed xrays. I said my teeth havent been cleaned yet. (I could see the machines and no one was using them.) After almost 40 minutes past my appointment time, I was taken back to sit in a room for another 10 minutes. Lack of communication. I was really upset from the lack of communication. Besides that, the appointment was great.

Needed a tooth pulled, went to Greece Aspen Dental and they made me feel as comfortable as possible. (I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist)
Was greater as soon as I walked in! Dr. Basha, Jenny, and Sadmira took great care of me and made sure I was ok.
Made my next appointment already! Thank you all for making me feel at ease.

I don't know how to thank Dr. Tin. He is the best I have seen. I took two wisdom teeth out in less than three minutes with no pain at all. In short, he is unbelievable, and I highly recommend him if you have complex problems.

From someone who USED TO hate going to the dentist, I cannot say enough about this place. I absolutely love them! The staff are so friendly and personable, but best of all, efficient and good at what they do! I have had a lot of work done in a short period of time. I had the new patient exam, a root canal, 3 fillings, 2 wisdoms removed, and a deep clean. I remember that going to the dentist used to be painful. Cleanings hurt, fillings hurt, drool, choking on water lol, these are all things I remember. Well I recently decided to get a handle on my dental health, and aspen is where my insurance provider sent me. I am so happy they did! I didn't even sleep the night before my root canal because I was so terrified of all of the horror stories you hear. That dr. was so nice and let me tell you, he never hurt me once! He put the shots in, and after that I felt absolutely nothing. The next couple days, I felt absolutely great, NO PAIN. Same thing with the feelings, they were done quickly, I didn't feel the usual pinching that I sometimes feel when I get fillings, I was in and out. The wisdom extraction, the doctor was very good about explaining everything that happened. Once the sedative took affect, it was a wild ride I must say, but I definitely never felt any pain. When I recovered from my last wisdom removals, I remember being in excruciating pain. This was an uncomfortable recovery but never a painful recovery. Just left my deep clean appointment, and it was the fastest and most painless cleaning I've ever had. I could go on and on about this place, but you should just experience it for yourself. I wish everyone could have a dentistry like this because then no one would be afraid to go! They have different doctors doing different tasks, and I met all of them while getting my work done. They're all different in their own ways, but all very good at what they do. Thumbs up!

Aspen on a whole has incredibly misleading billing practices, push unnecessary procedures, and have no sort of record system that connects with their other offices for medical information or scheduling information.
That being said, Dr. Basha at the Greece location is fantastic and very kind. He always made my experience a pleasant one.
I wish I could say the rest for the rest of the local staff or the company itself. Every time I went in for a hygienist appointment the staff would complain in front of me about their schedule, each other, and worst of all other patients. I had to recently call to cancel an appointment (which is still over two months away) because I moved from the area. The online patient portal through the Aspen website said the appointment date was February 2nd. When I told the secretary this she was so snappy and told me she couldn't find the appointment on that day. She searched my birthday and rudely informed me that I was actually scheduled for January 31st.
Completely ignoring the fact that the patient portal and in office schedule system somehow have different dates no one deserves to be spoken to rudely when calling an office that should be providing them care. I hope Dr. Basha will cut ties with this horrendous company and join another practice.

Tara was excellent and her Co workers too. I don t remember th e lady who was pregnant and the office manager but they were great too. Everyone was nice and that comes from a person who had a very bad experience at a other place.
