Aspen Dental

Reception Staff is very efficient and helpful even though it's a very busy office. My husband and I are so comfortable and confident with our hygienist, Myah. She is very competent and friendly. The xray tech explains each procedure and is very patient. I would highly recommend this office.

I am extremely satisfied with my visit at Aspen yesterday. I would like to preface my comments by saying, I retired from working in private dental practices for over 30 years so I have had plenty of opportunity of experiencing many procedures over the years!
I have battled periodontal disease since my late 20's, having multiple oral surgeries. I am diligent about my home care but what is absolutely necessary is the deep scalings and periodontal maintenance appointments with a good hygienist. Mia, who has been my hygienist since I became a patient at Aspen has been excellent! She is very professional, and very thorough. Yesterday when i was there as she was completing my cleaning, I told her that for me, it was like a spa treatment to have my teeth cleaned ! I also want to mention, I met a new dentist, a young lady ( everyone is younger than I am!) who did a very thorough oral exam with which i was impressed as she was examining my teeth, reviewing my xrays, and she also did a soft tissue and head and neck exam. I highly recommend Aspen in Greece, NY and specifically, Mia, as the hygienist extraordinaire !

The entire staff was exceptional. I was anxious and they put me at ease. Everything about my experience surpassed my expectations. Never thought I would describe going to the dentist as a pleasurable thing.

Everyone was kind and friendly and the dentist was very understanding, however when I called to make my appointment I was up front about my severe anxiety, and asked about nitrous oxide I was told I would have to discuss that would the doctor only to find out they don't offer it. I think they should be more upfront with a specific question like that. Now I have to reconsider if I want to continue going there and how I will deal with my severe anxiety

I was treated with the utmost of respect from the moment I walked in to the time I left. I was very delighted to have services provided by Aspen. My cleaning was done by Haley. She is very good at her job. Haley explained everything she was doing and everything she wanted me to do. Not a thing went by that was confusing. It was a true pleasure being treated by Haley. I am looking forward to future visits to Aspen Dental and being in the hands of Haley. She is also a very good dancer, she will know what I mean by this. I'm glad Aspen has a mobile unit, it is well set up, and was worth the visit. Next I will be going to an office for further cleanings and whatever else they recommend. I am very Happy with both Aspen and Haley.

Poor customer service. Their system isn’t well put together. Spent 3hrs for them to tell me they can’t do a regular cleaning although I have dental insurance. This place feels like a scam, very disappointing place.

Aspen needs knowledgeable staff, every visit was always a sh*tshow, staff not knowing how to perform simple tasks, always seems unorganized. I recently visited for something other than a cleaning, the doctor told me that I had an infection in my root and needed a root canal, a small surgery procedure, and a new crown. This was only after I was finally able to hear her, because her cell phone was ringing in her pocket next to my ear, no bother to silence or leave it elsewhere. Total joke of a place.
I wanted a second opinion because I got the feeling the staff here was incompetent (the dead giveaway was no antibiotic was prescribed after they told me I had an infection). Second opinion showed no infection, and no surgery needed. Aspen Dental is the "Monroe Mufflers" of mechanics, awful. No longer a patient here.

I was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist because my last 2 experiences were absolutely horrible. Everyone was so nice and really looked out for me and were comforting in my nervousness. I went there for a tooth extraction and I have NEVER had a better experience. Dr. Basha was very kind and reassuring which me more at ease. He even pulled his own phone out and let me pick out music to help me through it. Afterwards I sat down and made a plan to get the rest of my teeth back on track. Thank you Aspen Dental at 1841 Ridge Road West!! :)

Good experience. Had a root canal and Dr P and his the young lady that assisted him,made me feel very comfortable. They asked me was I ok during the whole time. Then Dr B, sorry if I can't remember your full name, and his assistant were just as friendly.

I really felt cared for and helped here. Staff was very nice and explained things completely. I feel I know my next course of action. My only reason to decrease by one star is because financially I cannot afford my necessary treatments and I felt I wasn't really helped to figure that part out. I wasn't given any options or told what treatments would be best first to have done in order to minimize some costs. All in all it's a business so I understand but still.
