I had a broken tooth that kept being infected, my dental insurance was not active and wouldn't be active for almost a month. I couldn't stand the pain anymore, almost ready to pull this tooth myself. I called yesterday made an appointment which was only 1.5 hours away. When I came in the receptionist was very nice, paperwork was done on the comp so that was very quick. The dentist and the dental assistant were both very nice and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour, the extraction was fast and efficent. And the cost really was less than I'd expect. So grateful for you guys being there in my time of need. I will definitely come back if I have any sort of emergent dental work. Great experience.

My fiance started having excruciating tooth pain on Saturday night. We called around and finally got her an appointment Sunday morning at 10. He was very perfessional and kind. He plugged his phone in and played some music for her and talked her through the whole thing. He ultimately pulled the tooth. A few nights later he called to check on her and told her not to hesitate to call with any questions or concerns. Highly reccomend Dr. Sansone!

I needed a tooth extracted on a Saturday, and the day prior to an early long distance flight. My call was responded to with professionalism and kindness and the extraction went surprisingly well. Dr. Ronald Daymon did the procedure and was extremely personable and capable. He worked patiently and carefully and consequently I felt virtually no pain.
The staff were friendly, the facility was very impressive and well designed and I was in and out in very good time. Great place, great staff and great treatment. Five stars in my book.

I had a fantastic experience here!! I called with an emergency broken tooth. Not only was I seen as soon as I could get to the office, my tooth was able to be repaired! Dr. Thomas and all of his staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I'm already planning on returning here for non-emergency dental care. This is an office I would highly recommend!

My dentist told me I had a tooth infection and that it needed to be extracted ASAP. They gave me over 5 referrals and the closest someone could see me was in 2 weeks. I called urgent dental care and they got in that night within hours! Such a huge relief and they were super awesome and helpful! You pay out of pocket at the time but if you have insurence through an employer you get reimbursed. They honestly felt like a life saver, don't wait on your dental pain give them a call!

I am terrified of Dentists and only go when I have no choice. This morning I had no choice and had a tooth that was infected and broken they got me in first thing and Doc Ron and Jessie were so nice and competent and understanding he pulled the tooth in 3 minutes and I did not feel a thing. Bless you for being so kind. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Split a tooth had an abscess and infection, went in Christmas Eve to have it pulled, did a great job. The Dr called Christmas day to check up and say Merry Christmas and let me know I could call with any concerns or problems. Great care and staff HIGHLY, recommend if you have an emergency, very nice people.

I am posting this review here as they have attempted to intimidate me on social media. The doctor Mitchel Costa was intimidating physically with me from the moment I walked in. He told me he wasn't sure if he even knew how to perform the procedure I needed and laughed. At this point I began recording on my phone. He tried telling me that I was 40 minutes late (I was ten and called and spoke to the front desk an hour before to let them know about road conditions) so I should be thankful he would touch me (very creepy comment) This obviously made me concerned so I asked a few questions (as is my right) .. instead of explaining things he became verbally abusive saying I will accept whatever he chooses to give me .. (another bizarre creepy comment) at that point I grabbed my belongings and asked for a refund from the front desk... now here is the worst part they than CHARGED MY CARD $1,500 more after leaving instead of giving me a refund. (I am now fighting a refund for over $3000 for a procedure I never had)
GOOD NEWS THOUGH- after leaving I directly went to an Endo at Progressive down the street that had heard other complaints. They charged me $500 less than Urgent and were very professional.

Was waiting for aspen to pull my wisdom teeth for over three weeks and was quoted $1,300. The pain was too severe so i made an appointment Monday 8/12 and they were able to see me same day, do X-rays and extract the tooth within 35 minutes. And it only costed me $460.00 total. The staff was very nice and the dentist made sure i was comfortable 10/10 if any other emergency’s occur i will be going back.

My husband was seen in the emergency room for extreme jaw pain. Six hours of waiting only to be told it was possibly dental and they couldn’t help us. We were discharged at 6am on a Sunday morning. I called my dentist who was out of town but referred us here. What an amazing experience!! They fit us right in, legit said come right over. My husband was given a thorough examination and treated properly with antibiotics for a tooth infection. Everything was explained in detail and we were not pushed into unnecessary procedures, though we very well could have been in our moments of desperation! We paid out of pocket but they got right on submitting to our dental insurance for reimbursement. He’s on the road to recovery thanks to these wonderful people! Can’t say enough good about them!!
