Urgent Dental Care

I had some really unfortunate jaw pain caused by a wisdom tooth, which culminated in a lack of sleep. I weighed other options but ultimately called Urgent Dental Care at around 5am. I was transferred to an answering service which relayed my information to the dentist and was told to call again after 9am if no one got back to me.
At about 830am the office called me and offered me a 9am appointment. Everyone I encountered at Urgent Dental Care was extremely friendly and professional, and made me feel so at ease despite my anxiety.
I was in and out in about an hour, with the extraction itself taking about 5 minutes. I was given ample aftercare instruction and price was reasonable. Thank you to everyone who helped me out this morning!!!

I was quite impressed by the service, professionalism and genuine concern. Despite my discomfort/pain Dr. Ron and staff made me feel confident, very comfortable and optimistic during my entire at their office. I highly recommend, Dr. Ron can be modest but trust he is like the Micheal Jordon of dentistry. He will work his magic and/or skills. I was a walk in ( from Long Island ) ... my appreciation is enormous considering the emergence and pain of my plight. I had horrible pain and exposed nerve with a broken wisdom tooth. Called at 6am to set an appointment and they got right back to me when they opened. Awesome staff and incredible service. If I could make them my dentist for life I would.

When you walk into the office, the air smells like a superiority complex. I witnessed the seasoned front desk staff educate a potential patient on the agency’s financial policy by saying, “it is on the website.” Even worse, I learned the patient's name, her employment status, and future payment.

The exam went well. The dentist clearly explained the problem, and her follow-up recommendations were clear.

The dentist assumed my affordability based on one appointment and no record of my health insurance. She suggested I get a procedure if “financially feasible.” I never expressed concern about cost.

When I asked the dentist to write down her recommendation, she looked confused, ignored the question, and avoided the topic.

TLDR: Good follow-up recommendations. Condescending staff. Cash Grab. The agency does not accept insurance.

Whoever came up with this is a genius and I just want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and warm. I was in excruciating pain so I went there in an emergency, only waited 10 minutes in the waiting room. Was seen by Dr. Thompson who was amazing. He diagnosed me and instead of sending me home with some stupid antibiotics he actually did the extraction. Every staff member was amazing and I cannot thank them enough for putting me out of my misery. Bless you guys.

I visited there for my first time today. I received first class service. Dr.Daymon and his staff demonstrated true bedside manner. I was well taken care of and so thankful to them.

I would happily recommend their services to anyone in need of emergency care.

Not for emergencies. An appointment is required which defeats the point of emergency. False advertising all over the highway and their website. Their office is kept locked so you stand outside ringing a doorbell instead of having a waiting room or lobby. When you ring the doorbell, no one answers. When you call you're placed on hold forever to only be told that you need an appointment. The person that was upstairs stared at us as we rang the doorbell ignoring us the whole time. No one ever answered the door even though their website claims they are 24 hours. We usually go to aspen dental in Florida but since this happened on vacation during after hours, we needed an urgent care. This is not the place to go.

I called them yesterday at 12:40 a.m. due to my boyfriends aching pain for days. It became unbearable. The call center informed me someone would be in touch, once they opened at 8 a.m. I promptly got a call from Kris and an appointment in minutes! We arrived and to my surprise, Dr Khan got us right in and fixed him right up!!!!! Good customer service, fast and efficient doctors should never go unnoticed!! Thanks a bunch guys!! What can I say, 2 months I walked into another urgent care and they would not pull my tooth with out having an INR check (Blood thinner) I know how many days I have to stop before I have a procedure done. This is the same tooth at both clinics. I called the night of the 5th at this facility and they set me up the next day at 2:00. Arrived at 1:30 on the 6th. I filled out the paperwork and was in the chair at 2:16. Doctor Ron, said there was enough of the tooth left for an ordinary extraction while the last clinic on Elmwood said I needed oral surgery and stitches and the whole nine yards. Dr. Ron, at this place had the tooth out in 16 minutes with just an ordinary extraction. I was in pain because it was abscessed. Once it was out, they gave me the instructions and told me to stop at the drug store to pick up the prescriptions. What a great Dentist and great place. Try this place you will like the service.

These guys are AMAZING! I was in so much pain due to a broken tooth. They got me in the same day, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The entire staff was supportive and caring, while taking necessary precautions. I was in and out! Great care, highly recommended!
