This was the scariest 10 minutes of my life! Although the staff was extremely polite and quick, this office is undeniably not up to par. I asked for the restroom before I was seen and was sent to the back of the building. I passed two rooms with equipment and other office items that were covered in filth. The patient rooms are wide open and also extremely dirty. All of the dental tools were uncovered and during a pandemic you would think there would be more caution. I would not recommend this dental office. It doesn’t seem to meet any standards, especially for a profession that deals with peoples mouths. I’m disappointed as some of the reviews seemed high. I guess I have higher expectations for how a dental

Love this dentist! I have had 4 cavities done and they’re all quick and painless. The only negative thing about this place is one of the receptionists up front is ALWAYS rude and pissy. She always has a sour puss on her face and even when you call to make an appointment she treats you like you’re the most annoying thing in the world. She barely even looks at you when you’re talking to her or asking a question either. If I didn’t like the dentist so much I wouldn’t come here.

I have been coming to this dentist for over a decade and I recommend it highly because of the doctors/dentist with one exception, the front desk staff! And that's why I give 3 stars. When I started coming here, aboit a decade or more so ago, there was only one staff in the front, which is why I was patiently because I'm sure her bad attitude probably was because she was over worked, but years later, I came to my appt , and I saw they have more staff. I thought, maybe now it would get better, it didn't... I have more patience than I probably should, so this won't stop me from coming, but if this staff reads this comments, I sure hope, they get better with their attitude and the way the treat people, and also I wish they would stop messing up paperwork. I can't go into details because I won't share in a public form, my medical records, but seriously? This place will be a better place if it wasn't for the front staff, yes, the 3 women working there. But if you can by pass those 3? And ignore their not so good customer service? Then this place is the place to go...

I went to this dentist for years, even after moving almost an hour away to Schenectady because they accept my insurance at this office, but I had a terrible interaction today when, after asking a question about why they would have to file off a sharp spot on my tooth instead of building up the filling that had eroded, the doctor began to question if I wanted the two fillings that the appointment was initially for done or not, essentially making a passive threat that she wouldn't do the work if I didn't stop asking questions. I was treated with this disrespect until I became angry enough that they felt they could ask me to leave. I cannot fully express my disappointment and my anger in words.

Night and Day. I came from a chain Dentist and now regret not making the switch sooner. Everyone in this office is fantastic starting with the front desk and ending my particular visit with Dr. Tsesis. The procedure was explained to me clearly and the work performed flawlessly. I dare say getting 2 crowns at once was oddly peaceful. This is private Dentistry at it's finest. The prices here are better than the chains even with the supposed "discount" plans they accept. I very highly recommend!

they took me the same day for my dental emergency, I was having pain and needed my tooth extracted after looking at the x-rays they were able to remove the broken tooth. I love this place they're fast ,painless and friendly dentistry. this is the best dentist I've ever went to. I came as just a walk-in and now I've made them my primary dental practice

I have been going to this office for a while now. I love Dr. Sosnovsky! He pulled two wisdom teeth and one bad tooth in less than 4 minutes! He doesn't play around! He wants to get you in and out as fast as possible, but make sure that he does the job the right way! I highly recommend him!

I had already started my appointments here when I read the earlier reviews. I do not know when these dissatisfied people were there, but my experience was nothing like described above. I found the offices and examination rooms quite clean and neat. Highest level of professionalism at all times.
Fast efficient service and friendly atmosphere. Very happy with my visits, the full explanation of all procedures and fast followup. Most happy with the walk-in policy if there were any problems or issues.
