Not friendly at all. All but 1 acted like they didn’t want to be there. Didn’t explain things very well and didn’t answer all my questions
Had to wait 35 minutes to be seen after I was in the chair. I would not recommend them!!!

Great, friendly care in a convenient location with beautiful mountain views! Best thing is that they are always on time - no waiting.

The staff are very professional, welcoming and friendly.

I was very impressed with the care and attention given to my issues.

I highly recommend this practice, I feel confident they will be competent and knowledgeable to address and resolve my dental problems.

My hygienist Stephanie was wonderful. Told me step by step what would be happening next and was very thorough.

My husband and I recently returned to WNC and chose this practice because our new neighbor was employed at the Asheville office. On our first visit we realized we had been patients here under Dr. Harris; we had x-rays and given an exam, no cleaning. We were both told we needed "deep cleanings." We scheduled our appointments. We returned for our "deep cleaning" appt and I had decided I did not want a deep cleaning. I've been going to the dentist every 6 months my whole life and never been told I needed a deep cleaning. I expressed my desire to my hygienist, she was accommodating, and completed my cleaning. My husband had his "deep cleaning" and returned recently for his follow up regular cleaning and was informed upon arrival that this was part 2 of his "deep cleaning." He was also asked to pay $140 for the visit. He requested a regular cleaning. The staff proceeded to tell him he had to follow their treatment plan. He stated again he wanted a regular dental cleaning and questioned if his teeth/gums were SO neglected why wasn't insurance paying? (We are double covered). Again, the staff refused to see him because he chose not to follow their plan. We have lived in 3 different states and have never been through this with a dental practice. It appears money is driving this practice, not customer service.

It was like visiting a 5-Star resort to get all your dental needs. Great people, beautiful office, and superb dental work. Got two crowns done and would recommend anyone to go there for anything. Came in being nervous and left with a beautiful smile and excited about showing my new smile off.

Everyone was nice and relieved my anxiety about dental work. Very professional. Felt like I was in good hands.

Took such great care getting my 2.5yr old comfortable at her 1st dentist appointment!! It was such an enjoyable experience and they made it so fun for her! I highly recommend for all ages.

The new management has turned this dental practice into what feels like a HCA take over situation. It has a new for profit feel about it. I had been a patient of Dr. Harris’ for over a decade and only had 1 cavity. I have now magically had 1 cavity per 6 month cleaning. I am not really sure if they were cavities, as my x-rays no longer appear in front of me so they can be explained. The old office staff used to ask if we wanted add-on services and tell us up front how much they were. You could decline the services, no questions asked. That doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Also, all but one of the previous office staff has left in the last six months. That never speaks highly of a new employer.
