Biltmore Avenue Family Dentistry

We took our kids here to get their teeth checked out and one of my kids didn’t get looked at because he was treated as an inconvenience. He had a mild meltdown after being exposed to a new environment and was fine until his big sister was taken back for X-rays. He is just a toddler whose been teething and he is attached to her and for that he was discriminated against for being upset in the lobby. The audacity this establishment has to call itself a family dentistry is beyond me. One of the Doctors didn’t ask but told my wife and mother of my children who was already trying to comfort him to MAKE him be quiet as if she wasn’t already trying to. Meanless to say we will be finding a more kid friendly FAMILY dentist.

I had to switch from my previous dentist that I've been with for years (and loved) due to a change in insurance. I was VERY apprehensive and concerned that I wouldn't find another amazing dentist, especially after having seen some not-so-good dental experiences as a child and teenager.

I did my research and decided to go with Biltmore Avenue Family Dentistry and I'm SO glad I did.

Clean office, COVID precautions in place, attentive, and VERY friendly - from the front desk staff, to the hygienists/assistants and dentists. I went in for a cleaning with Dr. Williams, I was in an out in 45 minutes. They were able to get me in the next day to get my cavities filled with Dr. Serene. She filled two cavities and I was also out in 45 minutes.

While I don't have any particular anxiety during dental procedures -- I will say they are great for anyone that may experience any anxiety while getting dental work done. The hygienist was sweet (wish I had gotten her name) and talked to me through my whole cleaning and the next day while I was getting my cavities filled, Dr. Serene asked several times if I was doing OK and to let her know if I needed a break or anything at all. It was much appreciated.

I Love my dentist. Dr. Leslie has always been so nice and respectful about my teeth. Although I have really good teeth. Pretty much all I drink is water. Her office staff is always friendly. They also always check and are persistent in making sure I remember my appointment. They personally message me to check if I'm coming. I always love the small talk between me and the hygienist because it makes my cleaning go by really quick. They're always really friendly and I feel like they care about the well being of my teeth.

They are the best very gentle extremely hard to find.. The issue I'm having is I can't make a appointment all the way out , I have to call daily, I was told about a policy they have were if you miss appointments you have to call daily , I understand there policy, but I have chronic illnesses and spoke to someone about my situation and asked if I should get a note from my primary Dr at that time she said no it was OK, now today I was told again about their policy and I explained my situation and asked about a note that I can bring in from my Dr and she said yes but at this point the rest of the call was a little like she had to get off the phone she said that the letter had to be emailed and said thank you and hung up...I was in mid sentence when she hung up, I don't have the email address to send it...I would have gotten a letter a long time ago...

Very friendly and efficient office. Ive been taking my 3 yr old daughter here since her first visit, and she actually loves the dentist they are gentle and make her feel comfortable. She leaves smiling and makes friends with the office. I decided to come here myself after seeing another dentist previously. I like them much better. Made me feel very comfortable from the front desk person to the dentist. The hygienist are very gentle and understanding, they do a great job & they listen to me about my concerns. I asked the dentist for a second opinion on something another dentist wanted me to do that was expensive and I didn’t feel was necessary he completely agreed with me. I feel they are a very honest office. I would highly recommend this office.

I hadn't been to the dentist in years. We are new to the area and just got new dental insurance and honestly, it was daunting trying to figure out how to find a new dentist because most of them didn't have reviews. I went with Dr. Leslie because she was the only one that had a review. I would recommend this practice to everyone. They didn't push a lot of unnecessary treatments on me and they were very gentle and understanding. Great office staff, the x-ray tech and the hygienist were wonderful along with the dentist, of course. Highly recommend.

Miranda was a fantastic hygienist- calm, gentle and knowledgeable. The dentist was super as well. I felt cared for, received excellent care and also great recommendations for post care. I look forward to going back again!

Awesome from start to finish! Taylor is such a great hygienist; no pain at all from the x-ray process to the cleaning. The office is very welcoming from the front door to the back. Thank you!

Dr.Leslie is by far the best Dentist I have ever been to. I've been a patient for almost five years now and she has truly helped me in not only my oral health but my self confidence as well. I have always struggled with my teeth and it has always been my biggest insecurity(Anyone who has dealt with this knows what I mean). Dr.Leslie is a perfectionist and knows what she is doing, she is quick and gentle and I never have any anxiety at all going to the dentist. The hygienists and assistants are all so kind and sweet and the biggest reason I love this office so much is the way they treat you. Very kind down to earth people here!

I have a huge fear of the dentist. Massive, like I cried the first couple times that I went. I was super insecure about my teeth but Dr. Meade and Tonia have taken such great care of me. I promise you it's like you can feel the patience radiating from Dr. Meade every time she's in the room. And Tonia is incredible when it comes to making sure that I am comfortable and know what is going on with my treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist. The office is extremely welcoming and there's even TVs in the room which really help. So, if you're like me and the thought of the dentist scares you, this is the practice for you!
