Yesterday after work, I notice a really hard pain on the right side of my mouth, after hours of trying to figure it out, I noticed I had a missing filling and cavity. I just moved to Charlotte from New Jersey in July and had not found a dentist as of yet... then came across Vista Family Dentistry. The best part is they were only 5 minutes away from my home!! I called and spoke to the Dr. herself and she was nothing but helpful! She gave me info regarding new patients and even fit me for the next day even with the virus epidemic going around (which I was afraid I wouldn’t even be able to be seen because of all business closing). Office was clean and staff were friendly! Happy to say I am feeling better than I did 24 hrs ago and I have Vista to thank. I would def recommend coming here 100%

The staff was very friendly and understanding, doctor explained everything to me step by step on what she was gonna do and for the first time in my life I got an extraction and didn’t feel anything!!!! The last time I went to the dentist I was in so much pain but this time I didn’t feel ANYTHING . I will be going back on the 25th and I’m actually excited about going back lol

One of the nurse was nice but overall the doctor was rude and didn’t have the patient with me and also she was very short with me and I didn’t finish my teeth cleaning and short of staff too I didn’t feel welcome at all and come out bleeding after

Everyone there was amazing. From the time you walk in the door until you leave they make you feel at home. I am 1 who hates the dentist or should I just say terrified. Today was the absolute best dental experience I’ve ever had... Thanks to the Dentist and her staff.
