Dr. J is quick and to the point with getting your dental needs met. Ms. Brittany that handles patient intakes is also very HELPFUL and INFORMATIVE on her stuff. She assures you that everything is going to be fine especially for someone like myself, that's fearful of dental procedures. This dental office is very patient! Kudos to them!

Was in the market for a new dentist due to not having a good experience with our previous provider and New World
checked all of our boxes. I love that the time is spent with you (consult with explanations were done directly with Dr Jayne) and most importantly the care and concern! The atmosphere is great, gospel music playing in the background, love this! I would absolutely recommend. My kids love it & that says a lot if kids love the dentist lol!

I called this office asking for a dental assistant position after being out of work for 3 years due to unfortunate circumstances, and the lady at the front desk was discriminatory against me. She asked me “where I worked prior to dental school”, which is something I’m not proud of because the labor was cheap, hard & very taxing on my body, and I asked “why”. I know dentistry can be full of drama, and I’m not one for it. I had the credentials needed to be an assistant & that’s all anyone needs to know. She then proceeded to hang the phone up on me, after I declined to answer her. All I wanted to know was if they were openly hiring or not, I wanted a pleasant exchange of information… not to be profiled. I’ll find work elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

I was blessed to find this place!!! I was in Concord North Carolina On business when all of a sudden a tooth that I had chip previously, started to bother me. At that time it was late in the afternoon and most of the dentist offices in that area were closed or closing soon. I found this place. I explain to the front desk what was going on with my condition, and she immediately told me to hold on let her check with the doctor because they were about to close shortly. She immediately came back and said if I couldn’t make it within the next 30 minutes then the doctor would see me. This was a much different answer from the 10 other offices that I had called previously. They were no longer excepting patients even though their office said that they were open and couldn’t see me until later the following week. Well, no one in pain wants to hear that!!! Once I arrived. They were very welcoming and friendly. The office was very tidy and clean which makes a first time visitor , that doesn’t know anything about the establishment nor the doctor, very comfortable. I made a comment to the doctor that I wish she was in the state and city that I lived in because their service was exceptional! If I lived there , this would be the place for my dental needs. Thank you Dr Kalu, you and your staff at New World Dentistry, you guys were a pain saver!!! :)

This was my first visit to New World dentistry. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a very modern office, with snacks and coffee at my disposal. The staff was extremely professional and nice. My stepdaughter was quickly checked in and in the back within a matter of minutes. Dr. Jayne walked in with a ready smile and explained everything going on with my stepdaughter’s teeth. We were in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this office!

My experience at New World Dentistry was very positive. Vicki at the front desk was very helpful handling my insurance information and in securing me a convenient appointment time. Dr. Jayne is skilled and approachable and welcomed my questions. Mike was a friendly and patient tech who did not rush me through my x-rays as he sensed my hesitation. The facility is bright and clean and welcoming. I found their online patient registration process a bit cumbersome - but that may have been due to my limited computer experience. My husband and I both recommend New World Dentistry for all your dental needs.
