I had a root Canal Nov 2021. 3 Dentist, including a specialist recognized it was a botched job. The area got infected and I had to pay for a root canal rework. A filling was done poorly as well.

DO NOT COME HERE! I had a simple filling completed in April 2020. I’ve had pain and discomfort since then. The doctor was rough throughout the entire appt and I told her as much. She wasn’t mean but wasn’t the friendliest and definitely didn’t listen to me. Fast forward to now. I just left a new dental office and was told my filling was not bonded correctly and both teeth on either side have very obviously been damaged as a result of improper work from the previous dentist. I now need a root canal and two extra fillings on the other teeth. I’ll be contacting you guys shortly and seeking a lawyer. Also, notice that any bad review left here there are immediately an influx of 5 star reviews after…don’t fall for it. Highly suspect they’re buying these “reviews”

Had 2 teeth removed, were supposed to be surgically removed bit weren't even though they charged Medicare as if they did. The prying done to extract the 2 teeth have left the teeth directly in front of the 2 removed are now loose and extremely sensitive to hot food and cold drinks. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Horrible experience. Read the other reviews that talk about how rough they are during cleaning and how they make your teeth hurt. It’s true! They did my cleaning in all of 10 minutes and it was the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had. They said it’s because my teeth are “sensitive” but I’ve never had a cleaning hurt so bad and they definitely aren’t concerned about how you’re feeling. Even my root canal didn’t hurt this bad. My teeth were hurting for the rest of the day. Besides that, the office just seems really unprofessional. The only nice one was the lady that does x-rays, but she didn’t know how to operate the machine. The lady that checked me in was also the lady that assisted the dentist during my cleaning. Those 3 people were the only ones in the entire office. I wish I would’ve listened to the other bad reviews before coming to this place.

I give New World Dentistry of Concord 5 stars because they deserve it. From the time I walked in the door, the staff was courteous and very professional. The dental equipment is very modern, the office is very clean and every precaution is used to keep the environment sanitized. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Jayne and I was 100 percent satisfied with the service I received. I recommend my family and friends go to New World Dentistry for their dental needs.
