1. Asked the receptionist if they where in my insurance network after I handed her my card. Was told yes. I wasn’t.
2. Girl who did my xrays couldn’t figure out how to use the machine? Left me standing in the machine for several minutes before I got out and asked her what was up.
3. Had a cleaning done. Never in my life has my hair gotten wet at a cleaning before... can’t say that now.
4. Told the dentist my concerns...heard her on the phone with the receptionist... tell her to take out a loan or something.
Found the whole thing VERY unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this establishment....

Uneven Experience...Dr. Jayne and her assistant, Megan, are both fine professionals, but the office itself is apparently still in break-in mode. Was misquoted on amounts owed, and a broken crown machine strung me out for an extra day before I got my crown replaced. Workmanship, however, was excellent...I'm pleased with my crown.
