New World Dentistry

One word to describe this office and the staff is WOW!! I have very high anxiety of going to the dentist to the point of where my blood pressure must be monitored. I think for most people who have a fear of the dentist one of the main turn offs is going into the office and it smells like the dentist office (you know what I mean). This office was NOTHING even close to that. It was almost as if I was going for a massage. Very tranquil environment, extremely modern, well above technology, just simply amazing. Dr Jayne is NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING...gentle, caring, funny, etc..she's everything!! GO TO THIS DENTIST..YOU WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST.....

Had my wisdom tooth pulled and all they gave me was ibuprofen. So I took the first and second dose with no relief. When I called up there to get something stronger she said that I needed to register something with the state of NC. I told her that was fine and that I was willing to do anything as my pain is unbearable, only for her to tell me that it could not be done for whatever reason. If you don't mind the pain of having a tooth pulled with no pain relief this is the place for you.

In response to your reply, had you offer another option I would have probably taken it. When I called as well as in my initial review all I was asking for was something stronger; if you had something or anything stronger it should have been presented when I asked. THIS PAST WEEKEND WAS FULL OF PAIN. Because the dentist assumed I wanted narcotics.

I moved to the area 2 years ago and needed a dentist. I received an advertisement for New World Dentistry and decided to give them a try and made an appointment in December 2016. First appointment x-rays were done and a cleaning, the cleaning was very uncomfortable (worse I've ever had done.) Dr. Jayne gave me a treatment plan but I decided not to go through with it at the time. Six months follow up was June 14th I was told that x-rays were needed again and I reminded them twice that x-rays were done in December. Dr. Jayne once again did the cleaning and it was VERY uncomfortable, Donna, the hygienist was very nice. At the time of checkout the treatment plan was again brought up and pushed aggressively, I explained that I was not interested in doing the plan the receptionist was noticeably not happy. I asked about making an appointment for six months and was told that since I did not want to follow Dr. Jayne's treatment plan that they could no longer see me as a patient. So I agree with an earlier review .....this practice is only interested in high price procedures and not interested in what the patient decides is best for them. The procedure they were trying to push would have been $1400 out of pocket for me. Be careful about going to New World Dentistry.

My son Tyshawn Upsher has been going here since he was 7 years old and he is 11 years old now and Dr. Jane and the rest of the staff are like family. It’s always a pleasure when we visit. They’re always humble and and so inviting. We have found a dentist home for life. Thank you Dr. Jane and our New World Family for all that you do 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I found this relatively new facility to be very convenient in proximity to my home. I appreciated the tour that was given and was somewhat impressed by the modern x-ray machine used. The staff is very friendly, which meant a lot to me. I have been to this office twice and each time my anxiety level was decreased. If you are searching for a dentist, I would highly recommend that you check out New World Denistry

I really like this dentist she went over my dental history and any current issue or problems I wanted to address. The exams were smooth and the dentist showed me all my pictures. The cleaning was quick, the dentist express that if I had any pain to let her know during the process, so she was very reassuring.

They are very conscious of the decisions that one must make with different dentistry options. Once they've examined you, they carefully review with you what habits you may need to change or what operations may need to be undergone. Wonderful staff, as well!

Another outstanding visit. The staff did a great job getting me ready and performing by hour long procedure. I recommend giving them an opportunity.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with New World Dentistry. The staff was enjoyable and the dentist thoroughly explained some of the concerns that arose during the appointment. I will definitely be going back.

This the best Dentist ever and I mean ever. Dr Jayne is very tender and she tell you everything she going to do before she getting started and you don't feel a thing. I wish I would have visit her sooner. Other dentist that I have would drill in my mouth like they were breaking up rock, Dr.Jayne is honest and trustworthy. Her staff is excellent very professional. Always happy. I am so relax. Finally am seeing results!!!!!. Thanks New World Dentistry.
