Friendly Dentistry

I just had my first appointment with Pam (hygienist) and Dr. Ribando and I cannot speak highly enough about the level of care they provided. I truly feel that switching to this practice is life-changing for me after many years of dealing with TMJ and anxiety about dental visits. Dr. Ribando has a deep understanding of TMJ and I learned more about my jaw in 15 minutes than I have learned from many dentists I've tried over the decades. And Pam took lots of time getting to know me, asking about my concerns and how she can make dental visits as easy as possible. Anyone would be lucky to be a patient here, but I HIGHLY recommend them if you have TMJ and want to feel safe and secure, knowing you're in expert hands.

Wonderful experience as a new patient. The staff were so caring and I was not treated as just another patient. Dr Ribando and his team were absolutely fantastic!

I love Doctor Burton and Jennifer! They made me feel relaxed and weren't judgemental about how long I had gone between visits. Also, I had to reschedule my appointment twice and the reception staff were so understanding and helpful. I also had issues filing a claim with my insurance and Sarah was so patient and helpful with me.

Phenomenal new patient experience! Scheduling was a breeze with courteous and quickly responsive staff. Intake paperwork was thorough and I appreciated that I could complete it electronically. Dental hygienist Kayleigh was outstanding. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them), explained everything, was very considerate and professional. Xrays and other technology appeared state-of-the-art. Dr. Blue appeared in the room having already read all intake paperwork. She was unhurried, honest and experienced. I felt like I was getting the best possible care. I found my new dentist!

This is probably the best dental office I have ever visited! In fact, they should probably patent their business model!! They make you feel like a member of the family as soon as you walk through the front door! I am normally terrified to see a dentist! Instead, I felt as though I was visiting family!! The wait was very short, the wonderful dental assistant, Jennifer, swiftly x-rayed my teeth, put me in her chair and explained everything! She is outstanding in her job and a benefit to the dental office! Not only is she friendly, but very sincere! The dentist, Dr. Wilkerson, is an extremely experienced professional and he is a warm and very pleasant person! As others who have rated this dental office mentioned, the entire experience from beginning to end is amazing! I don’t think I have to look for a good dentist anymore!!! Just could not get better!

Friendly Dentistry goes over and beyond to make sure there patients are well taking care of, not only with the quality of their work but the friendly in their name really stands out to a tee. Everyone that I have encountered with or spoken to from the dental hygienist, to the dental hygienists assistant, to the front clerks, even down to the billing department have such a friendly personality and they always look for ways to make your visit the best visit as possible. I had problems with my insurance company and my insurance claims and I felt as if the team at friendly dentistry was fighting for me more then my own insurance company; and they also was making follow up calls to check on me as a patient and my status on my situation. To all the associates at Friendly Dentistry; I will like to say thank you for all of the hard work you do for your patients and I never met a more better team then you guys.

As a new patient, they were fabulous! I hadn't been to a dentist in years and they made me feel very comfortable and asked personal questions to make me feel like I was really part of their practice and not just a patient. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had my first visit today and OMG, Dr. Blue and the entire office is AMAZING!!!!! I absolutely loved her and the staff. Everyone was SUPER nice, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the first dentist I've had where I felt completely comfortable in discussing all of my concerns. She listened very well and was able to give me appropriate advice and answers. If you are not a patient here, you should be!

This place is really amazing. They do an awesome job of treating their patients with kindness and they are all very attentive. Jennifer and Dr. Mark Wilkinson are really amazing. They would answer all my questions and addressed every concern I had regarding my dental health. The Ladies in Billing also did a great job with explaining some questions I had with great patience. I 100% recommend this place!
