Amazing experience after being away from a dental office for so long, Ms. LeighAnn was the perfect dental aid and helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. She gave me recommendations and helpful hints to keep my mouth and teeth healthy. The dentist came and checked on me in great time and my mouth has never felt better. During the procedure you get to let your mind wander with the aid of skylights and aquariums, there is no ambient music but the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed without it.
Unfortunately, I have had to repair my teeth a whole lot over the years, both in Europe and here in the US, and I don’t believe any of those experiences has been as efficient and painless as here.

If you are new to the Greensboro area, or a local resident and looking for a new dentist, Family Dentistry should be at the top of your considerations list. My husband and I recently moved from Charlotte and I was leaving a very well run dental practice in the move. My prior dentist was friendly, organized, educational and treated me like family. I was afraid that I wouldn't find something similar in Greensboro, after all, going to the dentist isn't everyone's favorite pastime, so leaving a very well run practice, to hopefully finding something similar was going to be a tall order.
Luckily, Family Dentistry is my new home. EASILY. During my search for a new practice, I relied on friends and online research. The previous customer reviews for Family Dentistry led me to believe this practice was filled with a friendly and skilled staff. I found those previous reviews to be spot on to my first experience with FD. There was follow up prior to my appointment, through convenient calls, text or email - a sure bet way for the Dentist office to reach you without bothering you. I was welcomed with a smile and clear direction of what was going to happen next. And then I met Amber, Traci, Holly and Dr. Wilkinson. Each one of them went out of their way to make me comfortable, to walk me through each step, teach me and genuinely care for me. You call tell the staff works so well together but how efficient yet custom the care if to each patient.
And another thing - GENTLE. They are so gentle with you. But also thorough. I don't know about you, but leaving the dentist sore doesn't make going more exciting. And each staff member could relate. They handle you with care.

Friendly Dentistry was able to work me in. I had fallen and messed one of my front teeth up. I was a first time patient so I was very grateful they was able to see me right away. The whole staff was extremely nice and very comforting the whole time I was there. Dr. Burton was careful not to hurt me, to try to save my tooth, and to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I was even contacted later at home to make sure I was doing fine and see if I had any questions. I couldn't have picked a better dentist. I highly recommend them to anybody.

Today I had my initial visit to Friendly Dentistry. I will have to say I was a little nervous going to a new dentist, after spending 20 years at my old one. From the minute I walked in the receptionist greeted me, everyone was social distance, wearing mask and all the 9 yards. Check in process was very easy, as well the initial visit went off without a hitch. Amber took me back and basically walked thru everything that was going to happen today, and my concerns as well as what I was looking for out of the visit. Dr. Wilkerson was wonderful and very down to earth during his visit with me, and at the end of the day I was very pleased with the overall outcome and Friendly Dentistry gets a new patient.

For those who are afraid of the dentist I would recommend Friendly Dentistry. The whole staff is friendly. Mark Wilkinson is a very professional and friendly dentist. I had a toothed pulled today. No pain. I highly recommend this dentist. He will be my dentist.
