Friendly Dentistry

This office is beyond great! All staff, and I mean all of the staff members at Friendly Dentistry, are so comforting and at ease. It makes the patient feel so much more relaxed. In the past year I have referred numerous people to this office to become new patients and I stand behind that. This office is expanding, and really building a great reputation, and it isn't hard to see why. I can honestly say that since becoming a patient at Friendly Dentistry, I no longer have a fear of dental visits!

I went to Friendly Dentistry yesterday for the first time. I had a great experience! The staff really live up to the name of the practice; they are all friendly and charismatic. I had Meena as my dental assistant and she was a pleasure to work with. She is really experienced in what she does, and has a great sense of humor! She really made the whole process easy. Dr Burton was my dentist and he was understanding and provided me with all the information I needed. I'm looking forward to working with Friendly Dentistry from now on for all my dental needs.

Friendly Dentistry is a top notch operation. Their team is thorough, kind, and timely. My experience felt like a finely-tuned and well-oiled machine that was quick and efficient without losing any personal touch or quality.

I could not be more impressed than I was today at Friendly Dentistry! I have never felt comfortable at the dentist until today! Thank you so much to everyone I met today at Friendly, but especially Angela who took the time out of her super busy day to sit with me and explain in detail what to expect both financially and in my future appointments. I am blown away!

Dr. Wilkinson is so kind and compassionate, especially to someone who is terrified of getting her teeth worked on. He’s understanding, and really makes you feel comfortable in the chair. He has an awesome assistant, Jennifer, who without her calming spirit, I may not have returned for more work. If you are shopping for a great dentist, Dr Wilkinson at Friendly Dentistry is your guy.

Ive been going here since I moved to Greensboro 3 years ago, and they are always super polite and accommodating. They’re on top of it. I love that I receive texts if there is something open sooner, and to let me know my appointments. Ive referred a friend here and they sent me a gift card for the referral, which I was not expecting but was definitely appreciative for. Absolutely suggest if you’re looking for a great staff and welcoming environment, to go to Friendly Dentistry.

I have had a good experience at this dentist overall, but I was not entirely comfortable at my recent appointment. They didn't appear to stagger appointment start times at all and had everyone waiting inside, which made it impossible for patients and staff to appropriately distance as patients were being called back for their appointments. I felt incredibly overwhelmed to be in such a crowd of people in the reception area. They did seem to have heightened sanitation measures in place.

This by far is the best experience I've had with a health related visit, across the board. At an administrative level, they've put together a system that keeps you comfortable and aware of what's going throughout your visit. I felt like I had been going to this office for years.

The actual work done was even better. Every person I engaged with was extremely knowledgeable with questions and feedback I provided. Documenting everything and leveraging those notes to develop a comprehensive plan of action for my future visits. I had not been to any dentist office in over 2 years because of COVID and work travel... I still walked away feeling like they had been checking on me weekly.

The most important, and best, part of my visit? They were simply kind and fun and generous people. I went in expecting the worst of my assessment- I found myself leaving with laughter and a genuine good feeling about the cavities that will need to be addressed. Like, I'm not supposed to be in a good mood about that... but I am. Because they established that trust and relationship.

This is the office to go to.. you have word :-)

Edit: FORGOT TO MENTION MY FAVORITE PEOPLE JODI AND PAM!! If you get them, you won. I'm certain the entire team is amazing, but they were with me and simply amazing to work with!

I grew up with a fear of the dentist. Now, I don’t mind it much. Dr Blue is awesome, even though she is a UNC alumni! She is always explaining the procedure and makes me feel comfortable. I got a crown this morning, and I did have the nitrous (where was this all my life). It made the procedure easier on me.

The name fits. everyone was very friendly. I was dreading getting back to the dentist after moving here and missing a few years of dental care. My first visit was awesome, had a cleaning, exam and x-rays. Definitely a great place to go for your dental needs. Thank you Friendly Dentistry Family.
