Friendly Dentistry is a superior dental practice! Their office is conveniently and centrally located near downtown Greensboro. The practice is respectful of appointment times so wait times are minimal to none. The administrative staff is always friendly and accommodating. My hygienist, Kayleigh, is very professional and knowledgeable and is very thorough and gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Burton is always courteous and takes time to explain his assessment of my teeth and any other pertinent details. I highly recommend Friendly Dentistry as an exceptional dental practice for the entire family.

this practice is amazing. everybody I spoke with about my procedures was very knowledgeable, proud of their work, and calm. definitely the most professional practice I've ever been to, and I cannot recommend Dr. Burton and his team enough. Jodi, Emily, and everyone else I had the chance to speak with were amazing and very personable. even with the tight budget I was working with, they all made sure to do the most beneficial work possible for me and truly made me feel well taken care of. I found this dentistry online, looking for the best, and I believe I found just that! I had a previous root canal done once at a different place and it went horribly. I had a crown done with this dentistry, by Dr. Wilkinson and his amazing assistants Amber & Jennifer, and it went very smoothly with only mild discomfort. I was so impressed! I just recently had another problem looked at by them and they are doing what they can to ease me through it. I feel so soothed by them that I'm not so scared by the idea of a root canal anymore! As long as they help me! I'd recommend this dentistry to everyone!

I recently began experiencing some pain with my wisdom teeth and urgently needed to be seen by a dentist. I randomly found Friendly Dentistry online. I completed my online inquiry and was contacted immediately. I am terribly afraid of going to the dentist and was avoiding going but from my first phone call from their staff member Bre I felt very at ease. Once I arrived I was kindly greeted and seen right away. Both staff members, Angela and Pam, assisted in my initial screenings and were very supportive of not only my fears but my dental health as well. I received constant encouragement throughout my visit and my concerns were repeated to all who meet me so that all staff members were on the same page. After all screening measures were complete, I then met my doctor and the care and awesome treatment did not stop! Dr. Blue was very comforting and listened to my concerns just as the other staff members did. She didn't make me feel embarrassed to ask any questions. And in turn, she asked me specific questions and created a path for me that eased a lot of my fears about reaching the goal of dental health I need. Boy did I choose the right dental facility! A BIG thank you to those I met during my visit. I appreciate all of you and thank you for such a positive experience. You certainly lived up to your name.. FRIENDLY!

I made an appointment with Friendly Dentistry on the advice of a friend, after having several unpleasant experiences over a few years time with my previous provider. I went in feeling very nervous and anxious, given my previous experiences.

From even before my appointment the people I spoke to on the phone were professional and courteous and were very clear with what they needed and what I could expect from my first visit. They got me an appointment very quickly, and when I arrived I was greeted warmly and treated with kindness.

I don't recall offhand the name of the technician who did the initial exam but she was so gentle and patient with me. She was able to get x-rays and do the exam without causing me any discomfort at all, and she really alleviated a lot of my nervousness.

I have several issues that needed addressing and after getting a full and very comprehensive exam, I met with Dr. Blue who went over in detail what our options were for treatment both in the immediate term, and in the long terms. She was caring and professional, never once speaking "down" to me.

I feel so much more confident that working with Friendly Dentistry, my dental issues and needs can be addressed with care and professionalism, both for the things that need fixed and my ongoing dental maintenance moving forward. Thank you sooo much, Friendly Dentistry!

I LOVE Friendly Dentistry! All of the staff is professional and knowledgeable. For me, it is the extra care given by Dr. Blue and her team members! From the follow-up phone calls and texts, to taking time to chat about life while in the chair, and also cards and notes just when you might need to know that someone cares and is listening. Friendly Dentistry is far superior to any dental practice that I have previously visited!

I have gone here for teeth cleanings, a retainer replacement, and a filling. They are AMAZING. They are kind and tell you what they are doing the entire time. Dentist appointments make me uneasy and they always put me at ease. I cannot recommend them enough.

I love this dentist office! Everyone here was so positive from the moment I called to make an appointment. Jodi was very thorough during the examination and X-rays and explained everything she was doing and and answered all my questions. Dr. Burton is very kind and also explained exactly what needs to be done and why in detail. I’ve been to a lot of dentist offices and this is my favorite.
