I often have reservations about going to the dentist. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Tran and his team, and have to commend them on being a very welcoming office. When I checked in, I immediately felt at ease! They are very caring and patient with those that have dental anxiety. They take their time and explain everything before they do any treatment, so you, as the patient, are always informed of what's going on. Great job Brier Creek Smiles!

The hygienist made the x_rays painful because she used the large wing device. I choked throughout x-ray. The cleaning was extremely painful. The hygienist numbed my gum and it caused me to choke. Please review your best practices. I have never had a painful dentist visit in over 50 years.

After avoiding the dentist for a long time for personal anxiety reasons, I decided to give Dr. Tran's office a try after recently moving to the area. After all, I have dental insurance and should be using it, right? Dr. Tran and his staff are wonderful!!! As soon as I enter his office I am welcomed by his friendly front office staff. They immediately make you feel comfortable being there and the dental assistants are comforting too. After meeting Dr. Tran I could tell he was very knowledgeable and caring. I love that he explains everything he is going to do before he does it and is very gentle and caring when doing so. I plan to be a patient of Dr. Tran for a long time to come! I highly recommend a visit!

I have been here for almost 3 years now and love this place. I'm being treated like part of the family and Dr. Tran makes me feel at home. Dr. Tran is very personable and he did a very thorough job. For someone who is terrified of the dentist, this place is amazing. The staff is very professional and courteous and Dr. Tran is great. They explain everything and make sure you are comfortable, they also can help you with financial planning options. I was grateful that Dr. Tran had options for my teeth instead of going straight to the worse case scenario. Scheduling and availability is also very easy and convenient.

Steve, the office manager, is exceptionally well versed on what your insurance will and will not cover. That is refreshing to have some one on your side.
Dr. Tran is very thorough and easy to work with. He understands that all folks can't shell out the bucks for dental care and he works with you and his office manager to schedule your dental work so that insurance will cover it.
What's not to like? I got exceptional dental care with people that worked with me to make sure that my insurance covered it.
This is a great practice and I will HIGHLY recommend it to others.

But Faith was very gentle and kind. I knew I was in good hands with her.
Dr Tran is very thorough and truly does care about his patients. I instantly felt I was being taken care of.
