Great services and atmosphere. I've patroned this establishment for over a year and I can only speak to how warm the staff is. Dr. Tran and is staff are above par. They offer things I have not found at other practices. They offer headsets to listen to music during filling and root canals as well as comfy sunglasses to protect your eyes. I've even got my wife going to get dental work. They always follow up and ensure you are doing ok and offer additional assistance if you are in need. Price is another reason to go. They can work with you at time. They offer great payment arrangements. That coupled with all the amenities I can help but recommend this practice to all who value great customer service and being confident that they truly care about you.

I highly recommended Dr. Tran and his staff. Every person at his practice are knowledgeable, professional and kind. They accommodate you and procure the appointments at your earliest convenience. Also, they follow up with your insurance and keep you posted on the claims if you need to. Previously I didnt have good experience with dentist but this practice is one, I do recommend.

Dr. Tran is the man! I believe you should be comfortable with your dentist, so find someone that is a good fit for you. I don't need to be pampered or have all sorts of extra services thrown at me. These guys are simple and straight forward (That being said, I do enjoy the TVs and noise canceling headphones they offer when you have dental work done). I wanted someone who cared about the health of my teeth, but also listened to me. I can't tell you how many hygienists and dentist have lectured me on teeth cleaning without even listening to me first. I'm happy with the friendly staff too.

Chewy candy caused an old crown for a root canal to come out (root canal and crown was from a different dentistry). I called Brier Creek Smiles and they took me in immediately (15 minutes, rushed over from Durham). The entire process took less than an hour. They expected me the second I walked in, cleaned and reattached the crown. They were very kind, professional, and quick. The dentist was also sympathetic to financial need and the bill was very affordable. They even have an in-store yearly plan you can purchase, for a few hundred dollars, that covers 3-4 free cleanings and x-rays, as well as 20%-50% off of other services (cavity fillings and the more expensive, scary stuff). I intend on going back because I'm still going to eat candy.

Fast and friendly service. I scheduled appointments for both my daughter's online at different times, as that was all that was available. A spot opened up allowing both my daughter's to be seen at the same time and they were quick to inform me and make the schedule change which was more convenient. Dr. Tran and his staff were awesome!
