After visiting Dr. Heberer at North Hills Dentistry, I knew I had found something special. I was in need of a root canal and have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist. I was a bundle of nerves before my procedure. Every person on staff could sense my apprehension and surrounded me with such warmth and compassion throughout the entire process. Dr. Heberer showed genuine concern and was sensitive to the pain I was feeling. He took the time to walk me through each step of the procedure. He made sure I was at ease, comfortable, and had as many breaks as I needed throughout. The staff made several follow-up calls afterwards, making sure I was doing okay. From start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for better care. Now I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I can’t recommend Dr. Heberer, Harriett, Wendi, and all the girls at North Hills Dentistry enough.
