Excellent dentist. Dr. Metwally is awesome. Excellent customer service. Front desk girl (I wish I knew her name) is awesome. I needed an emergency appointment, they were kind enough to squeeze me in the next. Been going here for years. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I have been coming here for a few years now and it's always been great. The Dentist there now is fantastic. The staff in the back works really hard along with the Dentist to make sure we are comfortable and also understand what they are going to do. The front office had its issues with hiring after the calming of Corona like every other business but now there is a steady solid front desk system and they are GREAT. My insurance is not the easiest to deal with and Ashly has kept up contact with me durring this process. My husband loves it there Andy dad is most likely going to try them soon
And we moved to Winston-Salem and still love it here.

I’m super happy to choose this place I came with an emergency and they helped me and explained the whole procedure in detail. The assistant was a sweetheart. Usually I am afraid of dental work but the doctor and the assistant were very patient with me and helped me calm down. I felt very comfortable and confident.

Crown came out 2 times in less then 6mo.The crown they replaced lasted 15yrs. Front staff charged me $100 for a visit they told me was covered under my ins. The old staff was 5stars, the new people (less then a yr) are bad with no customer service skills. After I tried to explain why I should not be charged over there scheduling mistake I was told by front desk lady, she is not going to argue with me and to have a good day. Just plan rude.
