I am new to Raleigh and this review is way overdue. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to find Crabtree Valley Dental. Let’s start with my search and experiences. When I hesitantly searched for a dentist for major dental work, I had been through three dentist in Raleigh before Crabtree Valley Dental. It was very stressful. Not to mention wasted time off work. Unfortunately, they were all nightmare situations, I hope no one has to go through. Although Dr Hop was out of my insurance network, it was worth every penny to me to have such a knowledgeable dentist. I have to say, I had the best team ever doing my major dental work. Dr Hop, Cali, and Mel were the best ever. They also treated me with respect and I will admit, I enjoyed some of their wonderful humor as well. I love my smile. I will continue to see them for my future dental needs. I also want to say, the whole staff at Crabtree Valley Dental are very nice, and they have went out of their way to accommodate my needs. If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr Hop and Crabtree Valley Dental.

Our (my daughter and I) experience at this dental office was so satisfying and amazing. From the time we walked in, seeing our names on their board welcoming us as new patients to the time we checked out. Even though we spent almost 3 hours at the office, every minute was worth it! (That time was only because of us being new patients)
For me, the dentist office is one place I fear going to because my teeth/gums are so sensitive, just to find some amazing individuals at Crabtree Valley Dental to gently clean and treat my teeth with care and my anxiety levels reduced was just awesome. Even, my daughter said she was pleased. Cheers to the staff that cared for us!!!!!

Been coming here for a while now, and every visit has always been great! The staff are so kind and treat you like family, and the dentists and hygienists are so knowledgeable and honest. Also extremely thorough which is great. The receptionists are spot on with everything and so kind and welcoming! Scheduling is also never a problem. Thank you guys for being the best! :)

I spoke with a lady from this office on July 9th, 2021 and I made it known with clarity that I did not carry dental insurance. I specified that I would be paying out of pocket. The lady said this would be fine and they also have a “Smiles Program” where you receive 2 cleanings and 2 exams per year for $295, in addition, they offer family deals also. I set my appointment for today and arrived early to check in. I even completed the proper paperwork upon my appointment just to get here and be told that they cannot accept “out of pocket payments.” I understand if this facility does not accept Medicaid, but I was told I could indeed pay out of pocket if needed. Needless to say, this was unprofessional and a waste of time. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this dental office and their communication needs to improve to patients.

I had the fastest, most comfortable cavity filling ever. I’ve had to get tons of fillings before and this one stuck out tremendously. The numbing did not even last long as I left the office to carry on with my day (which is something I usually dread), and it was done in about 15 minutes tops. The staff is extremely nice and they do not want to keep you waiting. The environment is extremely comfortable and cozy, like you’re staying in a log cabin. You won’t regret going here for your cleaning or dental needs!

My experience with Dr. Na was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been going to Crabtree Valley Dental since March 2021. I had been seeing a previous dentist at the same practice who created a treatment plan for my wisdom tooth; however, that dentist is no longer there. I recently started having some pain with one of my wisdom teeth last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. Dr. Na came in, took a peek and let me know that the tooth was useless and she could take it out today. It took all of 7 mins for Dr. Na to perform the work, from numbing/anesthesia to completing the extraction. She and her dental assistant were extremely professional, comforting and knowledgeable. I was provided with reassurances from several people that Dr. Na is amazing, and she did not live short of that statement. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure, was given clear instructions on the treatment/healing process and my insurance had already been applied. Job well to everyone involved today. Dr. Na is now my go-to dentist. Thank you!

I had been a happy patient at this practice for a couple years. I have even recommended them to several friends. That ended with my two recent interactions with the front desk/front office manager. Terrible client relations. Enough so, that I cancelled the appointment I was there for and will not go back. It is a shame that one person can have such a negative affect.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Crabtree Valley Dental. I had a wisdom tooth that completely shattered and of course it was a Friday. After calling 4-5 other area dentists to try to get in same day, I was getting discouraged. When I called Crabtree Valley the receptionist was so helpful, they had me in the chair within the hour! They did an amazing job calming my nerves, got my tooth out within minutes and recovery has been a breeze. Pricing was also very reasonable. I had exam, xray and extraction for just over $200. Wil definitely be returning for maintenance needs.

I absolutely recommend Crabtree Dental. They take very good care of me. I appreciate their conservative approach rather than rush to do unnecessary procedures. When I need something taken care of I know it’s necessary. Also best teeth cleanings I have ever gotten at any dental office I’ve gone to in 50 years of moves.
