I love this dental office... everyone is so nice but also very knowledgeable. I have been going here for over a year and had quite a bit of work done and it was a pleasurable experience each time. They also will work with you with various payment plans if needed.

I had the best experience during my first visit at Friendly Dental Group. Everyone was very friendly and professional from the moment I entered. I did not have to wait long. The visit was very efficient. My teeth felt great afterwards. Dr. Swift took the time to explain care thoroughly and answer every one of my questions. Based on this experience alone, I highly recommend Friendly Dental Group.

I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with the Friendly Dental Group!
I was able to get a referral the first time for a difficult molar. The second time when I had a metal filling fall out they were able to replace the filling on a molar.

First time visit after moving to Winston.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Saw dental utensils on the floor while in the chair waiting for the dentist. After the dentist saw me, they recommended a deep cleaning (costs twice as much and not covered by plan). When I asked for evidence that it was necessary they insisted I "trust" them.

Seemed unprofessional so I thanked them for their time and walked out.

2 weeks later my fiancé went to filling. She was recommended EXTENSIVE work, so she decided to leave for a second opinion. While walking out the front desk tried to pressure her, saying they would give a discount if she stayed and received half the work that day...this immediately rose questions about whether the work was necessary!

She found another dentist in the area that was much more professional and indeed recommended a fraction of the work.

This dentist office gave the impression they are hurting for patients and were recommending the most expensive procedures, regardless of whether the patient needs it or not. Seemed unethical.

Went to the dentist today for a normal cleaning and x-ray. Front staff, x-ray person, and dentist were all nice. Hygienist was brutal and even cut my cheeks multiple times. If felt careless. She even missed the filling on my front tooth, She said she wouldn't have known if I didn't tell her, that it was such a great job. It felt abusive, and honestly it the first time I thought I can see why people are afraid of the dentist. I am used to dental cleaning being like a dental spa treatment and I usually enjoy my cleanings, unfortunately my mouth still hurts 11hours latter. She was quite heavy handed and needs to work on her bedside manner.

They were great at getting me in and not wasting time.

I absolutely LOVE Friendly Dental Group!! They are awesome!!! From the front desk ladies to Dr. Swift & his dental assistant (I hate I can’t recall her name bc she is so delightful). I unfortunately had to have all my teeth cut out & get dentures & all at a young age & of course you can imagine having to go through that at such a young age you feel judged you feel looked at different & I can sit here and say with complete certainty none of that was done at Friendly Dental. They never once looked down on me nor did they make me feel like I should be embarrass. They are just all around awesome!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Friendly Dental Group. Professional, knowledgeable, caring and just as their name implies, Friendly. Appointment times are kept. Very little waiting. My dentist is so nice and truly caring. Thanks to Friendly Dental I have a beautiful, natural looking smile. I appreciate everything you have done for me and for helping restore my confidence. Ellen

Terrible waste of money and time. They will bill you and not treat you! I had ear pain that started from an ear infection and after antibiotics I still had pain with dizziness and nausea. I saw an ear nose and throat specialist who told me my ear was fine and I had tightness in my jaw and to go to a dentist to be tested for and treated for TMJ. I called this place, explained my situation and they scheduled me for an appointment. They immediately did scans and xrays before I saw a dentist. The dentist had me open and close my jaw. He then told me he could not tell me if I had TMJ or not and would refer me to a TMJ specialist. We discussed tooth grinding as there was evidence of it on my teeth but I was grinding my teeth in my teens, had a night guard and stopped using it because that was resolved. He couldn't tell me if it was new grinding or not (I got that). The only solution they could offer me was a referral and getting a $500 night guard from them. It was unclear as to whether it would help me or not. I was not willing to spend money on that yet not knowing if it would help. I told them I would call if I wanted to do it. By the time I got home they had billed my dental insurance $280, and it appears I will owe at least $129. They couldn't offer me diagnosis or treatment and they did not tell me that upfront or I wouldn't have wasted the time or money. DO NOT go here as they are not honest and upfront and just want money.
