This is the worst establishment I’ve ever visited. I spend 660 on a mouth guard after about 2 months the mouth guard broke and they never replaced it, then they make a mistake and send my account to collections canceled my appointment for a crown. I went 5 times to fix the problem the 5 times they told they would fix it but never did. I have a broken mouth guard a tooth that they only fixed halfway and an account in collections all because they don’t want to do their job. Someone needs to investigate these predatory practices.

When I have to go to the dentist I think of the dentist in Little Shop of Horrors but Dr.Lesanski erased all of that, to me he is the BEST of the Best OMG I will never see another Dentist ever. This doctor is attentive gentle and he will walk through everything with you I highly recommend Dr Lesanski and them Cheryl sent you

This dental office is just not worth the time and money. I have made numerous requests to send my paperwork to another dental office and it took them 2 weeks to do so. I would never recommend this dental office.

The front desk is awful. I had to take my daughter in several times this year and they want to charge a deductible when I already paid. They do not disclose credits on the account for overpayment. The service is terrible.

Dr. Lesansky, Sue, and Dana, have taken great care of me over the last 3 years. Their attention to relationship building has been obvious and so appreciated. The recently hired a new front office staff and they have been very pleasant and helpful when I’ve had questions or needed to troubleshoot an insurance-related challenge.

Dr Alexander is amazing. He really understand my fear of the dentist and knows how to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Chris my hygienist had told him years ago and he remembered. I never feel any pain when I come but it does not take the fear away and he know this. His assistant really helped me relax and held my hand when she though I was going to crack. I would have no other dentist or provider to work on me unless you closed down!
Thank you so much for the kind staff and relaxed office environment. I really like the screen saver on the screen while I was getting ready for my fillings.

I have been going to this dental facility for so many years and I love some some of the doctors. Today was unacceptable. I had scheduled an appointment for 11am for this day. And last minute they have switch me to a 10:50am appointment. I have wasted my time commuting from home and here:; especially since I have to work. Takes me almost an 1hr to get to this location. Truly upset and dissatisfied. This facility needs to have at least 3 doctors on fridays. I didn't even recieve a reminder. Only for the 11am appointment. Again. Really made me upset.
