Contacted Sue 2 hours before my scheduled an appointment to let her know that I need to reschedule and apologize for not making it to my scheduled appointment. Sue responded back and stated "There is a 50.00 fee". I felt Sue was not courteous or even acknowledge for letting her know ahead of time that I wasn't able to come to my scheduled appointment. I then later called and was not able to schedule an appointment until they charge my credit card 50 dollars... I have been having abnormal pain from my teeth from teeth fillings that was done a few months prior to the appointment. I am scared to go back to find out if the teeth fillings have been done correctly. I am disappointed about the lack of courteous/ or friendliness or awareness towards their 50 dollar cancellation fee policy. At least you can be nice about it and tell your patients in a nice way!

I highly recommend M&M Dental Care. Due to a change in insurance, I was a new patient. The office staff was friendly & very helpful with my insurance questions. The dental aides were well trained, professional and constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable during a lengthy crown fitting appointment. Dr. Christopher Martinez was fantastic and made sure I knew exactly why I needed crowns and what to expect. Since I had never needed any dental services except cleanings and a couple of fillings when I was a child, I was a little nervous. Thanks to their professionalism and care, it was easy and painless. I will definitely continue to use them for all my dental needs.
