I Called for a new patient appointment and was fortunate enough to fall right into a cancellation spot on the same day!!! Staff was not only extremely friendly, but were competent and good at their jobs. They took care of all my dental needs in one visit. Completely satisfied and was in/out in just a little over an hour (and had two cavities filled). Highly recommend.

I have a disabled friend who was seen today. He was very nervous about having any dental work performed.
The staff took their time to calm him and make his experience a positive one.

I want to give a special shout-out to Shelby. She cleaned my teeth. She was very thorough.
She was also very personable and professional.

Staff is awesome! Was feeling very nervous at first & by the end I was feeling confident that they had me well taken care of! Another dentist had taken X-rays & sent me on my way, Family Dental Care took X-rays & scheduled me to have work done right away! Even a root canal that another dentist told me they would just pull.

Such amazing & kind staff. After 3 years I finally have all my leftover glue from braces off my teeth. I couldn’t be happier. They are also very gentle compared to other dental places I’ve been.

Very unprofessional, they lie about doing services and services that cannot do. They keep telling saying they can’t send x-rays to another provider of my choice. Last but not least the called to tell me the dentist I am going to cannot do my services that I need!! Quit calling harassing people. You said you couldn’t do a service ok well someone else will but for you to keep calling people telling a lie is crazy. Would not recommend to go to at all!!! Do better smh I wouldn’t even give you one star but I had to do I could do a review

I had the best experience ever. Everyone was so friendly, caring and made me feel so comfortable. Very professional. Kelsey and Kristin was phenomenal. They let me know the process every step of the way even though I just had a chipped tooth, I was given great attention and I am happy to say the result was better than when I went in.
I will not hesitate to recommend this office, you will not be disappointed.
